    The competition is open to all musicians of any nationality. The auditions will be published and divided into 7 sections.

    I - Soloists (piano, strings, woodwind, guitar, harp, accordion)II - Junior (all instruments)III - Chamber Music, Four Hands Piano IV - Opera Singing V - Jazz and Pop Music (soloists and groups)VI - Secondary Schools and Music schools academies.

    ART.1 SECTIONS

    Sec. I SoloistsSoloist applicants may enroll in one of the following categories with a free programme:Cat. A - max. age 13 (5 minute performance)Cat. B - max. age 16 (10 minutes)Cat. C - max. age 19 (15 minutes)Cat. D - max. age 22 (18 minutes)Cat. E - no age limit (20 minutes)

    Sec. II JuniorsThe candidates of Section II Juniors may sign up in one of these categories, with a free choice program lastin up to five minutes.Cat. A - max age 8Cat.B - max age 10

    Sec. III Chamber Music - Four Hands PianoCandidates of sections III respectively ChamberMusic and Four Hands Piano, may enroll in thefollowing categories with a free programme:Cat.     Registration forms must arrive by 10th May 2017addressed to:[email protected] Registration forms arriving after the deadline could beaccepted only at the discretion of the artistic directors ofthe competition. The following must be included with theregistration form: Photocopy of passport or identification document for competitors over 18. For underage competitors a birth certificate or adeclaration written on plain by parent/legal guardianindicating date and place of birth, address andtelephone number as well as a photocopy of passportor document of identification of parent/legal guardian. For Section VI and VII (Secondary Schools and Music schools or academies) name of school,address, telephone and fax, email, name and phone number of contact teacher; name of the group, number of members (enclose an entry form for each component in one envelope)programme and category.     ART. 4 REGISTRATION

    At the start of the audition the candidate must bringproof of identity and two copies of the piece chosen forhis/her programme. All pieces must be performed intheir original form.

    ART. 5

    ART. 7 ENTRY FEES

    The maximum playing time has been established. If thetime limit is exceeded the commission has the authorityto stop the audition at that point.

    ART. 8

    The decisions of the committee are nal andindisputable. Grading will be expressed in marks from1 to 100, taking into account the technical and artisticqualities of the candidate. If the preparation of thecandidates is considered unsatisfactory, the committeemay not award prizes. The committee may also decideto award joint prizes.

    ART. 9

    Jurors who have or have had in the previous two years,a teaching relationship with one or more of thecandidates, will abstain from marking those candidates.

    ART. 10

    If necessary the competition organizers reserve the rightto modify the present competition regulations or to annulthe execution of any part of the competition. Only underthese circumstances will the enrolment fee be reimbursed.

    ART. 11

    In accordance with Art.10 law 675/96 with regard tothe protection of personal, all personal informationsupplied will be used exclusively for reasons related tothe competition.

    ART. 12

    The prize giving concert given by the winners will takeplace on Sunday 28st May, 2017 at the municipaltheatre in Airola (BN) at 7p.m.All winners are obligedto take part in the nal exhibition concert or risk removalof prize. At the end of the auditions for each categorythe results will be announced in con junction with thedistribution of diplomas for merit and participation.

    Sec. I - SoloistsCat.A,B,C, with marks of 100/100 a diploma for 1stplace and a medal.Cat. D, with marks of 100/100 a diploma for 1stplace, a scholarship worth 300,00 and a medal.Cat. E, with marks of 100/100 a diploma for 1stplace, a scholarship worth 400,00 and a medal.

    Sec. V - Jazz and Pop MusicCat. A,B,C, with marks of 100/100 a diploma for 1stplace and a medal.Cat. D with marks of 100/100 a diploma for 1st placea scholarship worth 100,00 and a medal.Cat E, with marks of 100/100 a diploma for 1st place,a scholarship worth 150,00 and a medal.Cat F, with marks of 100/100 a diploma for 1st place,a scholarship worth 200,00 and a medal.With an average of 100/100 and praise among all categories of Section V Jazz and Pop Music , unreleased track, edited by M Luigi Pignalosa.

    Sec. VI - Secondary Schools and Music schools academies

    Cat A,B, scholarship worth 400,00 to the school thatdistinguishes itself in the competition.In all sections and categories candidates with 95/100or higher 1st prize, diploma and medal; for candidateswith 90/100 to 94/100 2nd prize, diploma andmedal; for candidates with marks from 85/10089/100 3rd prize, diploma and medal.

    Overall First PlaceWith a mark of 100/100 with honours in all thesections and categories a scholarship worth 1000,00

    The foundation Angelo Affinita Onlus has offered ascholarship worth 500,00 to be awarded for specialmerit to the best performer who has for the nancial year2016 an income index of less than 10,000.Three prize concerts offered by the musical Association Zuguliclassica within the 4th Festival of chamber music Zuguliclassica 2017.
