ICAO differentiates between Flight Safety

Maintenance Program and Flight Safety Management

System:

State Flight Safety Program is a complex of measures

and regulations aimed to increase flight safety level

It is necessary to have Flight Safety Management System

for complex carrying out of measures and regulations

presented in State Flight Safety Program
