Transcript of International Forum Information
ForumThe annual International Forum is one of the best
ways to obtain a greater multicultural vision, global
perspective and multidisciplinary of the university
and academic world.
Seminars on various cultural topics and an
international academic competition are some of the
activities which enable the students to learn about a
variety of academic areas and take a broader view at
the time of choosing their studies.
Evaluation criteriaThroughout the selections phases, and until the fi nal
presentation, the teams will be evaluated on the
following criteria:
1. Scientifi c rigor, taking into account the following:
• Argument
• Sources and Documentation
• Coherence of discourse
(or the script in the case of a video)
2. Quality of the presentation, taking into account the following:
• Message
• Quality of discourse
(or the script in the case of a video)
• Visual quality
3. Answers to the questions proposed by the judges.
* Note: Because today the English language is an indispensable tool
in the professional world, as well as in the university, and given that
the activities are aimed at students from different countries, these
activities are conducted entirely in English.

What is the
OOUN? The OOUN (University
Advisory Offi ce of the
University of Navarra)
was created ten years
ago to offer assistance to students in their fi nal year of high school and fi rst year
of university. Its main
objective is to orientate
the students toward
a particular fi eld of study and introduce
them to dynamic
university life.
We want students to
have a higher level of awareness and understanding of the university body, which
consists of study, clubs and extracurricular activities, combined
with research and
refl ection on the
subjects studied. We
hope these goals will
make the students
better prepared
and ready to apply
themselves in the years
to come.
