We are glad to announce preliminary scientific program of the conference. The main topics of the conference
Mechanisms of crystal formation and growth in single- and multi-component systems: theoretical description of the process, numerical modeling, experimental results.
New methods and approaches to description of the growth and investigation of different properties of wide-bandgap semiconductors (AlN, GaN, SiC, etc.).
Nonlinear and collective phenomena in the process of crystal growth.
Physics, chemistry, and mechanics of crystal surfaces.
Origin and statistics of lattice defects and their effect on the crystal growth and properties.
Fundamental problems (nucleation theory, phase transitions etc.).

Presentation Requirements
Two different forms of presentations are offered for regular participants, namely, oral communications (15+5 minutes) and poster presentations.
Presentation's language is English.
Attention: each participant may only give no more than one oral presentation and one poster presentation.
Conference proceedings
An electronic book of abstracts containing all submitted abstracts of participants will be published. The authors will have the opportunity to publish extended version of the manuscript in a special themed issues of the Journals "Physics of the Solid State"- Springer , and “Mechanics of the Solids” - Springer. The manuscripts will be considered after a standard peer review procedure in order to meet the scientific requirements of the Journals. Requirements for the extended manuscript will be announced in the next information letter.
