GRADUATE YEARBOOK | Welcome

CEO WELCOME:

Welcome to this edition of the International Coach Academy Graduate Yearbook. What a pleasure it is to bring you another graduating class of amazingly diverse professional coaches.

As I travelled to meet students and trainers in Dubai, Italy, Portugal and London, I was once again reminded of the truly global nature of the coaching profession and the rich diversity of the professional backgrounds they represent. Even more interesting is the variety of ways coaches are blending their previous or current skills and experience with their new coaching competency.

This Yearbook is a perfect illustration of this richness as every graduate Coaching Power Tool, Coaching Model and Research Paper is unique. Studies include research around the coaching process in conflict situations to coaching models that use visuals of open doors and snakes and ladders to map the coaching process.

I could not be prouder of our wonderful graduates and wish them well in their coaching careers. Thanks again to everyone who helped put this publication together. I am already looking forward to our next edition.

Regards,Robyn LoganCEOInternational Coach Academy
