Liebe Freundinnen und Freunde,CONVIS wird dieses Jahr das 10-jährige Jubiläum der Einfüh-rung der Aubrac Rasse in Luxem-burg mit einer internationalen Schau feiern.Die Schau wird gefolgt durch eine internationale Auktion von Aubrac und Limousin Zuchttieren aus Lu-xemburg und Frankreich. Die Tiere wurden sehr sorgfältig von Herrn Gerry Ernst (CONVIS), Herrn Fran-çois Nolorgues und Herrn Jean-Luc Kress (KBS Genetic) selektiert.Zögern Sie nicht, uns für weitere Information zu kontaktieren.

CONVIS is going to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the introduction of the Aubrac breed in Luxembourg with an outstanding international show. It will be followed by an international auction sale of Au-brac and limousine animals coming from Luxembourg and France. Dés le prononcé de l’adjudication, l’acheteur supporte l’entièreté des risques concernant son animal et d’éventuels frais de transport consécu-tifs à la vente pourront également lui être facturés. Les animaux à expor-ter dans des pays ou régions avec des exigences particulières pour l’IBR ne devront pas effectuer une quarantaine supplémentaire. Par contre, une quarantaine sera organisée au Luxembourg au cas où les animaux ne peuvent être exportés dans les 4 jours suivants la vente. Dans ce cas, une quarantaine de 30 jours sera nécessaire. Les frais de quarantaine ainsi que les frais d’assurance durant la quarantaine au Luxembourg in-combent à l’acheteur.7. Le droit de propriété de chaque animal ne revient à l‘acheteur qu’après signature du contrat de vente et paiement de l’intégralité du prix de vente et de la totalité des frais engendrés.8. Une attention particulière a été accordée à l’exactitude des données renseignées dans le catalogue de vente. Une vente ne pourra cependant pas être annulée pour motif que la description de l’animal, faite dans le catalogue ou par l’encanteur, est incomplète ou contient des erreurs. De même, aucune indemnisation ne sera payée pour une description de l’animal incomplète ou contenant des erreurs.9. Toutes les garanties mentionnées dans le catalogue ou par l’encanteur durant la vente concernant l’état sanitaire ou d’autres caractéristiques de l’animal sont à considérer comme avérées. Ceci ne protège cepen-dant en aucun cas l‘acquéreur d‘un animal contre d’éventuelles pertes consécutives à des résultats contradictoires obtenus pour des analyses réalisées ultérieurement à la vente aux enchères. Dans un tel cas, le ven-deur ne pourra nullement en être tenu responsable.10. Ni le vendeur ni les organisateurs de la vente ne pourront être tenus pour responsables en cas d’accident ou pour toute blessure ou dommage occasionné à des personnes ou des biens en cas d’incendie ou de tout autre événement survenant avant, pendant ou après la vente (les dom-mages causés par les animaux y inclus). Les frais généraux n’incluent pas les frais engendrés par les tests gé-nétiques et analyses supplémentaires réalisés pour répondre aux con-ditions d’exportation particulières d’autres pays (y compris les pays de transit) ou réalisés à la demande de l’acheteur.

Sie können direkt in BHV-1-freie Zonen exportiert werden.Die Bullen verfügen über eine DNA-Typenkarte, die Abstammung wurde kontrolliert und wurden einem Doppellender-Gentest unterzogen.Verkaufsbedingungen der Auktion von Rindern1. Dem Höchstbietenden wird das Tier zugeschlagen. Sollte es Uneinig-keit geben, so werden diese durch den anwesenden Notar geklärt.2. Der Auktionator darf ohne einen Grund zu nennen, ein Gebot ablehnen oder auch ein Tier aus der Auktion nehmen, für das die Gebote unzurei-chend scheinen.3. Niemand kann im Voraus weniger bieten als die Summe, die vom Auktio-nator genannt wird. Außerdem kann kein Gebot zurückgenommen werden.4. Jeder Verkäufer kann für jedes Tier bieten, und jedes Tier von der Auk-tion zurückziehen, entweder persönlich oder durch den Auktionator oder eine andere Person.5. Der Käufer von jedem Tier muss seinen Namen und Adresse den Ge-hilfen im Ring mitteilen und für alle gekauften Tiere sofort nach Ende der Auktion bezahlen. Kein Tier darf von den Auktionsräumlichkeiten entfernt werden, bevor es nicht bezahlt ist und ein sämtliche Papiere von den Or-ganisatoren erhalten hat.6. Der Käufer trägt für jedes Tier ab dem Fall des Hammers das absolute Risiko und eventuelle Unkosten für Transport nach der Auktion können dem Ankäufer in Rechnung bestellt werden. Tiere, welche in Länder/Re-gionen mit spezifischen BHV1 Bestimmungen (Annex I –Regionen) expor-tiert werden, müssen keine zusätzliche Quarantäne durchlaufen. CONVIS hat aber in Luxemburg eine Quarantäne vorgesehen, falls die Tiere nicht binnen vier Tagen nach der Auktion exportiert werden können. In diesem Fall muss eine 30-tägige Quarantäne durchlaufen werden. Bei einer Qua-rantäne in Luxemburg trägt der Ankäufer die Kosten der Quarantäne und der Versicherung des Tieres.7. Das Eigentumsrecht für jedes Tier wechselt erst auf den Käufer, wenn der gesamte Kaufpreis inklusive sämtlicher Unkosten bezahlt ist und der Vertrag vom Käufer unterzeichnet ist.8. Der Katalog wurde mit großer Sorgfalt erstellt, aber kein Verkauf kann rückgängig gemacht werden, aufgrund von Fehlern oder Mängeln des Tieres, wenn das Tier im Katalog oder vom Auktionator im Ring falsch be-schrieben war. Keine Kompensation wird gezahlt, die in Bezug zu solchen Mängeln und Fehlern der Beschreibung steht.9. Alle Aussagen im Katalog oder vom Auktionator während der Verstei-gerung, die sich auf Gesundheits- oder andere Tests beziehen, sollen als Feststellungen genommen werden. Keine solchen Aussagen versichern den Käufer eines Tieres gegen Verlust, der aus nachfolgender Reaktion des Tieres auf Tests resultiert, die nach der Auktion gemacht werden. Der Verkäufer ist in keiner Weise verantwortlich, falls dies geschehen sollte.10. Weder die Verkäufer noch die Auktionatoren sind verantwortlich für jeden Unfall oder Verletzungen an Personen oder Eigentum durch Feuer oder jede andere Ursache, noch für Schaden, der von Tieren vor, während oder nach der Veranstaltung verursacht wird.Zusätzliche Kosten für zusätzliche genetische Tests oder Untersuchun-gen die über die üblichen Exportbedingungen für unsere Nachbarländer hinausgehen, welche vom Ankäufer gefordert werden oder für den Export verlangt werden, sind nicht in den Unkosten enthalten.
