Program Meeting 10-12 April 2013 in Geneva. International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) Review
Board – 3 Year Appointment. Regular interaction with the UNMAS, Department of
State, and the Inter American Defense Board (IADB). Key initiative for the NAOC global recognition, understanding of representative international program needs, and facilitation of relevant business opportunities for NAOC members.

IMAS Review BoardInternational Mine Action Standards - standards in force for all

IMAS Review Board Comprised of: 30 Individuals representing Donor Community, Commercial
Entities, Countries, United Nations, Military, Deming School, Independents, and Observers.
3 Year Terms for each member which can be extended.

IMAS; Establishment of Mine Action
Programmes; Equipment Testing & Evaluation; Glossary of Terms and
Definitions; Information Management; Management of Training; Management, Accreditation and
Monitoring;
Survey; Mine and Explosive Remnants of
War (ERW)Clearance; Mine Action Safety and
Occupational Health - S&OH; Mine/ERW Stockpile Destruction; Mine and ERW Risk Education; Evaluation of Mine Action
Programmes.
