SEMBREAK FIESTA CARNIVAL LCA organized Fiesta Carnival to make child’s school experience a rewarding and enjoyable one. This is also a special time to celebrate our 100 days of learning! We have some special 100 day hands-on activities planned for the students to engage in on this special day as their Performance Task. • October 23, 2015 (Friday) 1 ST – 6 TH Grade : 07:30 – 12:30 (Assembly 07:00 AM) Preschool : 09:00 – 12:30 • 100 Characters: Children will dressed up as their favorite book/novel character like Hunger Games, Harry Potter, Tom Sawyer, Robin Hood, Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, etc. We discourage everyone to purchase new costume for the event, you can wear HOMEMADE/ DIY costume. • 100 Q&A Challenge : Elementary pupils will participate in Spelling Bee & Quiz Bee (07:30 – 09:30) Bring your white board & white board marker • 100 ways to design a cupcake : Each child receives their own decorating cupcake kit. The kit includes 2cupcakes with icing, packs of mini marshmallows, sprinkles, chocolate candies, and directions all for P100.00. Please pay to your adviser not later than October 19. • The 100 Games : Students will participate in different games to earn 100 points to claim a prize. •100 goodies : Pupils are requested to share for the goodie bag. Kindly give your share to respective adviser on or before October 19, 2015. Why the school organized Field Trip for your child? • Field trips represent a creative teaching method that take students out of the familiar class environment and allow them to experience new things. While kids learn by observing their surroundings or participating in educational activities, they also have the opportunity to bond with their classmates in a more relaxed atmosphere. • A well rounded combination of history, exhibit, and recreation will serve as one of the Performance Task for 3 rd Quarter . Some questions for the Quarterly Test will be coming from field trip/actual exposure and discoveries. UNIFORM GUIDELINES Pupils & Educators should wear prescribed uniform daily even during quarterly examinations.
