E&I Cooperative Services is the only member-owned, not-for-profit purchasing cooperative serving the needs of education. In fact, we take care of the ENTIRE contracting process – including research, RFP de-velopment, and contract management – so you don’t have to. Our RFP process has been validated by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) as being in compliance with generally accepted procurement standards, so you’ve got nothing to worry about.
