PROPOSED INTERIOR RENOVATION WORK FOR STATE BANK OF

INDIA, VASHI SECTOR -17 BRANCH AT VASHI NAVI MUMBAI

1. The plywood considered in this estimate shall be of Archid/Duro/Green/Century or equivalant

approved make commerical Plywood/Block board (as per sample approved by the

Architect/SBIIMS) for all the items of Interior & Furniture works.

2. The rate shall be inclusive of anti termite coating on all sides to plywood, teak wood & all the

other wooden components of Asian paints or equivalent approved make.

3. All internal woodwork / Plywood shall be treated with antitermite preservative.

4. All internal framework shall be of Aluminium unless otherwise specified as Teakwood.

5. AII exposed edges of Plywood shall be fixed with C.P. Teak Lipping of size as directed by

Architect.

6. The skinning shall be in 12 mm thk Exterior Grade Particle Board unless otherwise specified.

7. All exposed veneer surfaces shall be finished with melamine polish . The thickness of the

veneer shall be 4.0mm & that of laminate shall be 1.0mm thk. However if the same shall vary,

no extra charges are payable for the additional thickness. The approved veneer shall be

finished with natural melamine polish of minimum 2 coats to have desired matt melamine finish

where ever specified.

8. Rate for full height partitions to include the cost of framework above false ceiling as required

to fix the same to the ceiling slab for which no extra payment shall be made and the rate

quoted shall be inclusive of the same.

9. Measurement of Partition & Panelling shall be limited upto 6" above False ceiling & no

separate payment shall be made for the work above 6".

10. Additional item if executed for AC purpose shall be measured in the relevant item.

11. The rate shall be also inclusive of pattas & bands, grooves at any level, any design in

veneer, textures etc including the necessary framing/ openings for Electrical, Telephone & AC

outlets.

Main frame - Aluminium sections of 16 Gauge mentioned are out of size 2"x2". Aluminium

section verticals at minimum 1' 6" - 2'-0" Centre-Centre spacing approx. and 2" X 1" size

Aluminium sections horizontal at 1' 6"-2-'0" Centre-Centre spacing approx. Extra frame below

the glass, grooves in laminate, melamine polish to

A Gypsum Board Ceiling: Providing, fabrication

and fixing in position of false ceiling at a hight of

10'0" from floor (or the hight will be desided on

spot as per the site conditions) by fixing 12 mm

Th. Gypsum Board sheets on frame work of GI

sheet section. The main runners of 22 gauge GI

sheet and cross runners of 24 gauge GI sheet

must be framed to form a mesh of 2'0"x2'0" c/c.

The Gypsum Board must be fixed to the GI frame

and joints must be properly filled in with POP

paste and paper tape, supplied by the

manufacturer, to get a leveled smooth ceiling,

including acrylic paint three or more coats.

Recessing of the Gypsum Board for light fixtures

must be done alongwith extra frame work of GI

have corian moulding all around. The rate shall be inclusive of

providing a keyboard tray on sliding telescopic channels & a

pedestal drawer unit made out of 16mm thk IS : 303 Grade

commerical Plywood on side with 2 nos of equal sized drawers

on sliding channels & openable shutter below finished in 1.0 mm

thk laminate. The side credenza shall be on the other side &

Providing and erecting in position linear work station of 3'-0" in

length and 2'-0" in width as per the instructions to be made out of

19mm thk. ply for work top with the top to be finished with 3.0mm

thk approved veneer with melamine polish for the top surface

with front part of it in t.w moluding out of 1 1/2" X 1 1/2" t.w

section to be finished with veneer and melamine polish & 0.8mm

thk approved laminate for the bottom portion of the work top to

be supported on the adjacent low height partitions. (The

partitions shall be paid for seperately under the relevant item).

The rate shall be inclusive of necessary fittings, supporting

arrangements to the partitions, heavy duty keyboard tray of

standard make, CPU trolleys of approved make & a pedestal

drawer unit with castors to be made out of 16mm 303

commerical Plywood with 3 nos of equal sized drawers on

telescopic channels.

The external exposed surface of the drawer unit shall be finished

with 4.0mm thk approved veneer with melamine polish. The unit

shall have locks, handles, hinges, channels, necessary fittings,

fixtures, hardware, automatic locking arrangement, wire

managers etc. The internal surfaces of the drawer unit shall have

polish and the internal surfaces of individual drawers shall be

finished with 0.8mm thk approved laminate including providing

the necessary openings for electrical/computer wiring complete

as per the instructions of Architect. The rate shall also include

providing stand-alone foot rest to the table of projection width as

directed to be finished with approved veneer with melamine

polish etc complete for the entire length of the table. Elevation of

the table shall be as directed by Architect on site.




The unit shall have heavy duty locks, handles, hinges, channels,

necessary fittings, fixtures, hardware, automatic locking

arrangement, wire managers etc. The internal surfaces of the

drawer unit shall have polish and the internal surfaces of

individual drawers shall be finished with 0.8mm thk approved

laminate including providing the necessary openings for

electrical/computer wiring complete as per the instructions of

Architect. Elevation of the table shall be as directed by Architect

on site.

6 WORKSTATION FOR SWO's & CASH ( 5'-0" x 2'-9" )

Providing and erecting in position linear work station of maximum

of 5'-0" length and 2'-9" width as per the instructions and

drawings to be made out of 19mm thk. 303 commerical Plywood

for work top and verticals finished with 1.0mm thk approved

laminate externally for all the exposed surfaces except the top,

which shall be finished with 12mm thk Corian top including

necessary surface preparation, finishing the same etc complete

& 0.8mm thk approved laminate internally. The top of the table to

have Corian nosing mould all around. The rate shall be inclusive

of providing a keyboard tray on sliding channels & a drawer unit

on side with 2 nos of equal sized drawers on channels with

internal seperations in ply for keeping temporary cash &

openable shutter below.

The side credenza however shall be paid for seperately in the

relevant item. The rate shall be inclusive of CPU trolley of

approved make, necessary fittings, fixtures, hardware such as

grade commerical Plywood with front apron to have 19mm thk

2 PAINTING :

Note : The Rates for the Painting works shall be inclusive of three

coats. The paint should be free from lead and Arsenic.

A Painting of wall with minimum of 3 coats of Flat Oil Paint of approved

shade & make on the wall, plywood or gypboard including all

necessary surfaces preparation. The wall shall be cleaned, filled with

putty & applied with one coat of primer so as to achieve a even

surface to apply paint. As per the directions / to the satisfaction of

the Architect / Engineer in charge.
