I am an accomplished Interior Designer with more than 13 years designing projects in the hospitality

and residential industry. Although I am an Interior Designer by degree I have had the incredible

opportunity to become very familiar with the many aspects of design and construction both in the

office and on the job site, this includes Architecture and Interior Design. By nature I tend to lead and

have done so with large complex projects from concept to completion. I 've come to understand that

in order to succeed one must be extremely detail and design oriented, maintain a high level of

responsibility with strong communication skills, client satisfaction and excellent computer knowledge.

My background will show that I possess these skills. I am not only doing what comes naturally to me, I

am also doing what I enjoy most. I am extremely adept at using AutoCAD (all versions), Sketchup 8

Pro, MS Office Suite as well as having some Vectorworks skill.

For the past 8 years I have been working for various firms, including BBG-BBGM, Harris Levy Architect

Miami, CAD International, and Patricia Hays and Associates, designing and developing hospitality and

residential projects. I have been working in NY for almost 4 years now and am familiar with

preparing sets for the NYDOB. In addition, I am familiar with the D&D Building and develop and

specify FF&E documents. I have also worked on projects in NY from Miami. Please note that I can

provide earlier firm names and references.

While with BBG-BBGM I was on a contract basis, working on the MGM Sanya Hotel, China. I was

involved with designing and design development including case good design.

As Senior Interior Designer at CAD International (formerly Charles Allem Design) I was involved in all

aspects of our projects; FF&E, detail design, furniture design, space planning, millwork design and client

presentations. These skills I used to develop the projects I worked on. I have a dynamic track record

with CAD and look to me for my design and technical abilities even now.

When I was with Patricia Hayes and Associates I was totally committed to our projects; drafting

and assisting with design development on casino vessels, restaurants and high end residences. My

duties also included preparing client presentation boards, renderings and construction

documentation.

I was involved in developing several high-end homes and high end hotels, including

W Hotels, The Mira Hotel Hong Kong, everything from, the lobbies, spas, lounges, restaurants, retail

shops and guest rooms to custom furniture. The restaurants would be developed under the

guidance of a restaurateur. I took the projects to a different level, developing and implementing cutting edge design, from

conception to completion.
