“As a small and growing business we looked at several options to have our office redesigned. We chose IKEA because they offered a design service at an affordable cost. For a small business this was a critical point. Furniture was guaranteed for 10 years and they offered an assembly service to put together all the furniture. Rachel, our designer came out, measured and photographed the office and asked how we use the current office, our requirements and vision for the space. Rachel was happy to further tailor and refine the design a few times until we were totally happy. Within a week of signing off on the design, a mountain of flat packed furniture arrived and an assembler was assigned to the job. This was a godsend. Within two days, the furniture was assembled and put into place. For any other mortal, this would have taken over a week! This meant the office was up and running with minimal disruption. Now walking into the new space every day, I feel welcomed by the new space. All things have their place. It’s comfortable, professional and it’s beautiful! I thoroughly recommend the IKEA interior design and assembly service.
