Principles

Based on positive confrontation, a Krauthammer training programme gives participants an awareness of the impact of their behaviour on their environment, enabling them to understand their qualities and limitations better and optimise their relational skills.

Content

Each training programme is made up of modules which combine role plays, didactics and tools.The proposed transfer process enables each participant to integrate the concepts over time and implement new attitudes in the workplace.

Our conditions of successOur conditions of success

For Krauthammer and its clients, three key steps have to be taken in order for a training to be successful:

Raise participants’ self-awareness regarding their work. Using confrontational role plays and feedback, identify specific behaviours to focus upon. Formal evaluation tools can support this in a neutral and objective way.

Step 1 Get participants to practice in their work environment. 3 to 5 weeks between training modules are essential to allow participants to fully integrate learning, new attitudes and behaviours.

Step 2 Ask participants to reflect upon learning, share achievements and identify obstacles to further learning. This is the basis for a new action plan, focussing the participant on new outcomes.

Leadership From vision to action - 3 x 2 days

The objective of this programme is to enable experienced leaders (Presidents, Managing Directors, Board Members..) to clarify and translate ‘vision’ into high-performance ‘action’ and to harmonise strategy with the culture and structure of their organisation. Thus, for the leader, according to his or her personal leadership style, the task is to ensure coherence and relevance both in decision-making and behaviour.

Top management One change ahead - 7X 1 day

This programme is designed for senior managers responsible for creating the conditions for corporate growth, instigating difficult changes, and developing the maturity to positively exploit the differences between individuals and the potential of each.

The management training Leading individuals, teams & performances - 5 x 1 day

This programme focuses on your manager’s skills to motivate and coach each of their individual employees. Participants will make the shift from firefighting, ad-hoc control and command, to developing a proactive, collaborative culture. One based in challenging dialogue, aligning employee values and ambitions with those of the company.

First level management Coping with the day to day - 4 x 1 day

The role plays worked upon in this programme allow new managers to acquire the prime communication tools and key attitudes they will need to lead daily encounters to a successful conclusion and confidently manage critical situations.

Refresh managementOptimise your management practices - 1 day

Participants who have already followed a Leadership & Management training can refresh their management skills and approach in this one day, very practical work out session.

Intergenerational management Understand and motivate different generations - 2 x 1 day

Through role plays, managers will be able to understand the expectations and attitudes of the different generations. They will learn which levers to use to motivate each member of their team, as well as how to act and adapt in order to gain their loyalty.

Leadership for women Fuel for female growth - 42 x 1 jour

These 2 days of collective coaching allows each participant, women and men, to discover the levers of his/her management style and to adjust specific behaviours to different stakeholders. This programme will broaden male managers understanding of levers of female motivation and guide female managers towards their own style.

Matrix management Leading without hierarchy - 5 x 1 day

This programme is specifically aimed at so-called ‘functional’ managers (human resources, communication, marketing, finance, etc.), project managers and international co-ordinators. It trains them in key management behaviours applied to matrix and/or crossfunctional structures, and to create a real team spirit within their networks.

HR influence How to increase your impact and become a strategic partner - 4 x 1 day

Aimed at all HR professionals, this training programme will teach participants to control their emotions better and to optimise their communication and negotiation skills in order to create an internal network and adopt a proactive attitude.

Project management From ambition to success - 3 x 1 day

This programme is aimed at the leaders, managers or appointed individuals who have to steer a high impact project within their company. “Slide Free”, via role-play and experience feedback, it will enable project leaders to adopt the most effective management style for smooth and effective project management.

Restricted group sizes, multiple interventions for each participant using formal exercises, improvisations and personal ‘in situ’ presentations, video analysis - this programme creates a highly personalised environment and an individual dimension close to a coaching approach.

Stress management Personal balance, professional performance - 2 x 1 day

This programme covers four main themes: improved awareness of personal stress factors, energy and lifestyle management, self awareness (fundamental barriers and needs), and the ability to communicate effectively in difficult situations.

Negotiation Building the agreement - 3 x 1 day

Open to all in negotiation situations - commercial, union-related or otherwise - this training optimises the preparatory phase, the approach strategy, creativity and tactics.
