MandukyaUpanishad

ThisUpanishadexpoundsthevisionofVedantathroughthesacredwordOm,whichisutilized

in allVedic prayers and rituals. ThisUpanishad demonstrates the exalted status ofOmby

showinghowitcoverstheentirevisionofthetruthofoneself,theuniverseandthecauseofthe

universe.Themethodologyused isourownwaking,dreamanddeep sleepexperienceatan

individuallevelandtheentirephysical,subtleandcausaluniverseatthecosmiclevel.

Chapter IV of the Bhagavad Gita

This chapter startsby LordKrishna answeringArjunas question that gives explaination of

what is an avatar. LordKrishna also very clearly describes awise persons relationswith

actions.Heexplicitly says thatactionlessnessofwisepersonsdonot stem from inactivityon

theirpart.Finallyhedetailsthepersonalgrowthrequiredforonetobe awiseperson.

These two sessions will be reinforced with morning meditations, practice ofmeditative movements and dialogue sessions.
