LifespanAs there is an integrated power adapter in the fan we have been able to use a low voltage motor that has a life span of approximately 60 000 hours. This is about 3-5 times longer than a standard fan. The motor features extremely quiet bearings.

AutomaticmoisturedetectionsystemFor the first time we can now introduce fully automaticmoisture control, which means the fan learns to run only when it can make a difference. The integrated “sniff” function means the fan is continually asking itself whether it ismaking a difference. If the fan can lower the moisturecontent in the air, it starts automatically. The fan also hastwo capacity modes for moisture control, silent or max mode.

Statuslamp-Whatisthefandoing?As a user it is beneficial if you can visually see what the fan is doing and which mode is currently active. The fan uses three different colours on the visible status lamp to communicate exactly what it is doing. A blue light signifies that the fan is working to evacuate the hazardous moisture. A yellow light signifies that the timer is running. An purple light signifies that the fully automatic airing function is active.

ExtremelyquietThe design of the low voltage motor in the fan means that the fan works quietly. Those of you who previously had a fan with a conventional AC motor will hardly notice that yourIntellivent® is running when it is installed and operational. Tests show that today Fresh Intellivent® is the quietest fanon the market.

Cleanability-naturallyA function much in demand, whichwe now introduce, is the ability tosimply open the centre of the fan andgain free access to the duct. Using the “swing-out” function you can easily cleanand clear e.g. a clogged grille on the outside of the façade. Press the snap-in catch and swing out the motor - that’s it!

ControlpanelOur aim has been for you the user to be able to control and understand the basic fan functions, without the need of reading the manual. When the fan is connected to the power supply, it also performs a self-test where all the status lamps on the control panel are tested, as well as the function of the motor. Ideal for those installing to ensure that everything works. The buttons on the control panel are good for at least a million operations, which we believe is enough.

TimerFresh Intellivent® has an integratedtimer that you can activate in severaldifferent ways, either via the light switch,pull-cord* or a separate switch, standardor momentary. You use the control panel toeasily set the required post-running time: 5, 15or 30 minutes, depending on the size of your bathroom.

IntegratedspeedcontrolFresh Intellivent® features an integrated speed control thatcontrols the fan’s capacity when the timer is enabled. During continuous operation you can allow the fan to run at a low speed with extremely silent operation. When the fan then de-tects moisture it switches to the function and speed you have chosen, silent or max mode.

AiringfunctionFresh Intellivent® has an integrated function that meanswhen the fan has been inactive for 16 hours, it runs anairing programme for 60 minutes to air and exchange the air in the bathroom. No more worries about stuffy, musty odours in the bathroom when you have been away for afew days or more.

PowerconsumptionBy using a low voltage motor we can significantly limit power consumption. The fan only consumes 5 watt, about a third of what a conventional bathroom fan uses.

FullsurfacemountedinstallationFresh Intellivent® is designed so that it can be fully surface mounted, if you choose not to install a sleeve. This is an ideal function if you have a duct with a smaller dimension than 100 mm or a duct that bends directly.

DesignWe are also introducing, with Fresh Intellivent®, a frontcover in a completely new design. We have succeededin producing a surface depth that appeals to the eye andthat matches the modern light fittings found in today’sbathrooms. The covers can be produced in differentcolours to satisfy different material and colour options.The visible blades gives a retro-feel and gives the fan avery quiet noise level.

FrontcoversFresh Intellivent® is delivered complete with black or white frontcover. As accessories there are frontcovers in different colors.
