Connecture has over 30 years’ combined experience of many types of cabling installation projects, across different environments. Every type of building depends on a structured cabling system. This provides the backbone and connectivity for all IT networking and voice systems, all converged IT systems, as well as many building and facility services.

We design, plan and install bespoke cabling systems across a variety of premises and industries, including: general office spaces, university campus environments, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, warehouses, factories and chemical plants. Our installations range from a small number of outlets within a single building, to large, campus-wide networks supporting thousands of endpoints and devices.

PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

A solid network infrastructure is the foundation of every high-performance network. Structured cabling should be a key component of your infrastructure. In our experience, critical cabling requirements and dependencies are not always realised soon enough within the project definition stage. This frequently leads to unnecessary risks and delays –plus increased expenditure.

And what’s more, recent statistics claim that over 50% of network outages are caused at the physical layer, due to poor installation techniques or sub-standard cabling. UPS INSTALLATIONS

Connecture has experience installing uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) throughout the UK. We install power circuits to equipment racks – to supply the UPS and keep your network protected from spikes, surges and power failure –allowing your active equipment to undergo a controlled shut down.

Larger UPS require professional installation and commissioning services by suitably qualified and experienced engineers. Our project team will work with you from engagement to completion, and make sure your installation is commissioned safely, on time and to budget, with minimal disruption.

We carry out site surveys, taking into consideration available access, space and floor loadings. We then arrange shipment and placement, making all the necessary arrangements for any access or lifting equipment. We also provide electrical and mechanical services when requested.
