How to get started

Our Offering

Building the solution starts from understanding customer needs. The first steps are typically a workshops and a site visit. This will help us design the system, selecting the right technologies, designing the data flow and to build the business case.

1. Solution Design

Package design is one of our core competences, and when it comes to intelligent packaging it means we will combine our design skills with knowledge about RFID tag integration.

2. Package Design

We have capabilities to design tailored RFID tags for NFC and UHF applications. In some cases a standard market tag will be sufficient, however we select, qualify and test them carefully in our Pack Performance Centre to ensure only high-quality functionality with our packages and tags and with your products.

3. Tag Design

We can encode unique EPC codes of UHF tags or unique UID codes of HF tags. We can also setup tampering functionality or program url addresses, links, authentication and other features into NFC or UHF chips. If needed we can combine such digital personalization with visual personalization, such as text, barcodes or 2D barcodes.

4. Personalization

Intelligent Packaging is all about connectivity – the internet of things. Data is generated and uploaded to the cloud at all desired read points from the customers supply chain to end customer experience.

6. Connectivity

We have highly automated packaging production and integration lines in Europe, but can also offer manual integration in China for more complex solutions.

5. Integration

With connectivity comes valuable data about the customers supply chain or even consumer behavior depending on the desired solution. We offer a cloud solution and an analytics tool to help customers extract the value from their intelligent packaging solution.

7. Analysis

NFC solutions to engage with consumers typically require mobile or web apps. Our customers can either use their current marketing agencies or work with our partners.
