We produce Rectangular G.I. Duct with Pittsburg Joint at longitudinal and with TDF (Transverse Duct Flange) along with accessories like TDF Cleats, TDF Corners, Gasket, Nut Bolt, C-Cleat, S-Cleat, V-type Reinforcement etc. as per the requirement of the customer.

Auto Duct Former (2 sets) with the capacity of 4 coil spindles. This machine can produce a Rectangular Duct in “L-Shape” or “Box-Shape” according to our requirement with G.I. Sheets (26 G to 18 G). The machine is working on PLC System.

ADF (LINE-III)

Plasma machine (2 sets) runs with a complete computerized system using the latest software in which we have a complete range of profiles with different shape and sizes.

PLASMA MACHINE

TDF machine (2 sets) forms the 35 mm TDF flange with a best in class rolling process without any anxiety of leakage and strength of the duct.

Spiral tube forming machine using G.I. strips of 137 mm width gives additional rigidity to the duct using slip tight technology. This allows us to ensure that there isn’t any leakage issue.

SPIRAL MACHINE

Ovalizer machine converts the Spiral round straight duct into a Flat oval straight duct with hydraulic power. It stretches the round duct to give it an Oval shape.

OVALIZER MACHINE

Electric elbow making machine produces round duct elbow and fittings with lock seam closing technique instead of any welded joints to minimize the leakage issues.

PROFILE MAKER

Spiral (Round) G.I. ducts (100ø to 1600ø) with strips are manufactured using Gore Lock helically to provide rigidity. Coupler Joints at the end side of the duct with accessories like Slip Coupling, Clamps etc. Using the same technology, we are manufacturing Spiral (Oval) duct fits in small spaces where a round duct isnot possible.
