I believe it is one of the most important initiatives to represent Cisco properly to the world and to cause a “culture” of excellence for our 1 million students.
Fair, explicit, simple in a good way – clear
Fun to be CHALLENGED
I wanted to run away…
Instructor trainer should be certified with CCNA at least or higher certification
Instructor trainer evaluation is very effective and important initiatives
Evaluated instructor can give the right level of expectation and quality to trainees before they attend the training
The framework is fair and sufficient to cover the need for evaluating a instructor trainer
I'm so exhausted..
Very clear expectation
Thank you for making this a requirement for Instructor Trainers
We are on the right track.
Feedback from our candidates…
