CROSS-HEAD SCREWDRIVER PLEASE NOTE OTHER TOOLS REQUIRED: ! THIS STAND REQUIRES 2 PEOPLE FOR ASSEMBLY. IMPORTANT INFORMATION! 1) Before starting assembly please take time to familiarise yourself with the instructions and the components listed on the back page, as this product could be unstable if incorrectly installed. 2) Do not place hot or cold items against or in close proximity to any glass surface unless an adequately thick insulating material is used to prevent such items coming into contact with the glass. 3) Do not strike the glass with hard or pointed items. 4) When cleaning glass panels use a damp cloth or leather with washing up liquid or soft soap if necessary; do not use washing powders or other substances containing abrasives as these may scratch the glass. 5) Do not sit or stand upon horizontal glass surfaces. 6) In order to maintain a high quality finish, when cleaning wooden panels please use a soft cloth with a suitable furniture polish if required. 7) Alphason Designs uses real wood veneers, consequently slight colour and pattern variation may occur and does not indicate a product defect. With natural wood, exposure to direct sunlight can produce colour change and should be avoided. Any slight change in colour over time does not indicate a product defect.

Place top glass panel on it’s edge on a
clean flat surface.
Fit conical plastic washers onto top caps
.
Assemble tubes , plastic washers
and top cap assemblies ( and ) on
to glass panel . Tighten by hand.
Assemble threaded rod through hole in
glass panel into remaining top cap
assembly.

Place top glass panel assembly from stage 2
upside down on a clean flat surface as
shown.
Place top block over threaded rod .
Insert dowels into corresponding holes in
top block .

STAGE 1
Attach castors using screws , into
corresponding holes in the underside of base
panel . 2 castors have a brake facility, ensure
these are fitted in the best positions for ease of
operation.

Alternatively attach furniture glides using
screws , into corresponding holes in the
underside of base panel . A

Locate middle glass shelf over dowels in top
block .
Fit bottom block over threaded rod and locate
over dowels .
Fit remaining 2 dowels into bottom block .
PLEASE TAKE CARE AT THIS STAGE AS
MIDDLE GLASS SHELF IS NOT YET SECURE.
•
Carefully locate base panel over threaded rod ,
tubes and dowels .
Fit washers and nuts over the tube ends and
threaded rod . Use spanner to tighten nuts .
TAKE CARE NOT TO OVERTIGHTEN NUTS.
Once fully assembled, position the unit onto it’s
castors/glides. DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THIS UNIT 2
PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS STEP.
