1. Download and install the Wineskin Winery. Click update when it opensand let it update, and then click the plus sign below the "Installed Engines"

window. A new window will appear. Choose the newest version ro! the dropdown !enu and click "Download and Install".

&ou will be asked to na!e the wrapper. $a!e it Civili'ation ( because it will beyour new application or opening Civ). It pro!pted !e to download a couple

!ore iles in the process o creating the wrapper, and then it was created in !y

te!p older.

*. $ow go to where you downloaded the Civ) torrent. Ater !ounting the .d!g,right click the Civ) app and choose "show package contents". In the window

that opens, navigate to "drive+c-rogra! iles". Inside "-rogra! iles" there is

a older na!ed "/id 0eiers Civili'ation (". Drag that older onto your harddrive. 2he desktop is ine.

3. $ow navigate back to where you installed the new Wineskin Wrapper. 4ight

click the wrapper and choose "/how -ackage Contents". $ow double click the"Wineskin" application inside the window that opens. 2he app will start, and you

should choose "Install /otware". $ow click "0ove a older Inside", and when

pro!pted navigate to and select the "/id 0eiers Civili'ation (" older youre!oved ro! the original torrent .d!g. &ou !ay be asked to veriy the .e5e ile

ro! a drop down list. Its the one that says "-rogra! iles/id 0eiersCivili'ation (Civili'ation(.e5e".

). E5it out o everything and navigate back inside the package contents o yournew wineskin wrapper. 6nce again double click the Wineskin app inside the

window that opens. 2his ti!e click on the "Advanced" button. $ear the top o the window that opens, check the bo5 that says "7se /tart.e5e". In the botto!

right corner you can choose an icon or your app. &ou can copy and paste the

one ro! the torrent d!g.

8. Close everything again and double click on your new wineskin wrapper 9$otthe wineskin app inside the wrappers package contents:. Civili'ation should

launch now.
