Visitors to DPG

How to submit

via JPAS (preferred method):

SMO Code(s): W30MAA-4 (Non-SCI) or W30MAA-3 (SCI) Name/phone of Technical POC (do not list DPG CI Office personnel as POC)

OR

Visit Authorization Letter/hardcopy:

MUST be on company/agency letterhead/visit request form and signed by FSO or Security Manager

MUST include security clearance level, date granted, type and date of investigation

MUST include Name/phone of Technical POC (do not list DPG CI Office personnel as POC)

MUST include date(s) and purpose of visit Fax to (435) 831-2499 DSN 789-2499

Additional Info It is the responsibility of the DPG POC, not the CI

Office, to ensure the visitor(s) name is also entered into the e-Advance database at the Visitor Control Center.

If a visit request is received and does not include the required information, it will not be approved and the CI Office will notify the DPG POC of the denial.

When possible, notify the DPG CI Office of your upcoming visit in advance.
