Instructions for creating PowerPoint on Math Anxiety

Instructions

After each of the following instructional slidesyou will need to insert a blank slide for your presentation.

You must have 8 to 10 slides. Use at least two of the web sites listed in my presentation and thenyou may search for more sites. Be sure

and write down your URL addresses and copyright information for the bibliography page.

Decide on a Title and type it here.

Use your name as the subtitle.

Problem

• Discuss the reasons for math anxiety.

• Use at least one graphic.

Solutions

• Make at least 4 slides giving possible solutions and/or helps for math anxiety.

• Use an appropriate clipart or picture on each page when possible.

Results

• Create one page showing the results of following your solutions.

• Try to show the benefits of overcoming math anxiety.

• Use at least one graphic.

Bibliography Page

• List the copyrights and credits for any information you took from another web site.

• The copyright for clipart or a picture should be on the page with the picture.

Other Instructions

• You may change the background on your presentation.

• You must add transitions and sound to each slide. Do not slow your presentation down using letter by letter transitions and keep the sound appropriate.

• If you add music to your presentation, be sure that you remember the 10% copyright rule.
