Walter P. Sy, M.D. Scholarship: Awarding one (1) $1,800 scholarship Be accepted to an accredited college or university or post-high technical school Hold an overall grade point average of at least 80 Awarding scholarship based upon the following criteria:
o Have been a varsity football player for at least one (1) year during high school
o Participate in extracurricular activitieso Demonstrate admirable citizenship in school, community and in sports
