To assemble the six-blade system in the glass jug (see Figure 1).
1.Placethesiliconerubbersealoverthesix-bladeassembly,asshowninfigure1.
2.Placethesix-bladeassemblyintotheglassjugandturnclockwisetosecurefirmlyintoposition(seefigure2).
Note: Theblenderjugwillleakifthesix-bladesystemisnotassembledcorrectly.
Note: Donotattempttoremovethestainlesssteelbladesfromthebladeassembly.
3.Plugthepowercordintoa230-240voltpoweroutletandturnthepower‘ON’.

Note: Althoughthelidfitsfirmlytotheglassjug,weadvisewhenblendingliquidingredients,toplaceyourhandonthelidasyouinitiallyselecttheblendingspeed/function.Asthepowerfull800wattmotorcouldcausetheliquidtosurgeupcausingleakage.Onceyouhavestartedblendingyoucanremoveyourhand.

Furtheringredientscanalsobeaddedwhilstblendingbyremovingtheingredientcupandpouringingredientsthroughtheholeinthelid.
5.Afteryouhavecompletedblending,turnthecontroldialtothe‘0’position.
Note: Whenremovingthesix-bladeassemblyfromtheglassjugyoumayneedtoslightlytiltthebladesothatitslidesouteasily.Youshouldn’tforcethebladesoutoftheglassjugasthiswillultimatelydamagetheblades.

Crushing IceSimplyaddicetotheblenderandasmallquantityofwater,whichwillaidinthecrushingprocess.Thenpressthe‘Pulse’functionandholdfor1-2secondsandrelease.Continuethisprocessandinsecondsyouriceisfluffyandsnowflake-like.
Pulse settingThepulsefunctionprovidesshortburstsofpower,sothatyoucanpreparebreadcrumbs,grindchocolate,finelygrindnutsandbiscuits.
YoucanalsousethePulsefunctionforcleaningtheblender.Simplypourinsomelukewarmwaterandasmallamountofdetergent,pressthe‘Pulse’functionfor1-2secondsandrelease.Repeat3-4times.Theunitwillcleanitself,withoutyouhavingtohandlethesharpblades.Rinseanddry,beingcarefulasthebladesaresharp.

• Nothingcanbeatablenderformakingsmoothpureesandsaucesorforwhippingupfrothydrinks-fromhealthybreakfastshakestofrozendaiquiris.
• Useyourblenderforchoppingsmallamountsoffoodlikenuts,breadcrumbsandwholespices.
• Turnanyoil-basedsaladdressingintoacreamystyledressingbyblendingituntilslightlythickened.
• Abriefwhirlintheblenderwillrescuealumpygravy,oranegg-basedsaucethathasseparated.
• Fooditemsforblendingshouldbecutintocubes(approximately2-3cm),thiswillassistinachievinganevenresult.
• Ensurethelidisfirmlyandsecurelyplacedonthejug.Donotoperatetheblenderwithoutthelidon,ifyouwishtoaddanyadditionalingredientsremovetheingredientcupandaddasnecessary.

Quick cleaning method.Halffilltheblenderwithwarmwaterandasmallamountofdetergent.PressthePULSEbuttonfor10-20seconds.Thenremovethejugandrinseitunderrunningwater.
For thorough cleaning.Turntheblenderjugupsidedown.Unscrewthesix-bladeassemblyfromtheglassjugbyplacingtheopenendoftheingredientcapatthebaseofthebladeassembly.Usethe5groovesontheopeningoftheingredientcaptoalignthecaptothebaseoftheglassjug.Turntheingredientcapinananti-clockwisedirectiontoremovethebladeassembly.SeeFigure3.
Removetherubbersealfromthebladeassembly.Washtheblenderlid,ingredientcup,rubberseal,bladeassemblyandblenderjuginwarmsoapywater.
Caution:Takecarewhencleaningthebladesastheyareextremelysharp.
Note: Donotcleananypartoftheblenderinthedishwasher.
To clean the motor base.
Useadamp,softspongewithmilddetergentandwipeoverthemotorbase.
