As Lazada always strives for improvements, we have introduced new

requirements for content production.

Starting May 15th 2015, it is mandatory to include product and packaging

dimensions when creating a new product (SKU).

This will eliminate the issue that sellers are getting charged unexpected

high shipping cost.

WHAT WILL CHANGE?

New Products (SKUs):

Dimensions input mandatory from May 15th 2015 onwards. Products without or incorrect dimensions will be rejected.

1.4.1 Selling same product but many units in 1 SKU. Please add ( xx units ) at the end.Example : Casio Female Watch Model ABC – White/Black (2 units)

1.4.2 Selling more than 1 product in 1 SKU. Please put “+” between the product namesExample : Eloop Powerbank model ABC – White + Eloop Powerbank Model XYZ – Black

Since Lazada has Product Filter Function. All customers will be able to choose the products from Attribute which is created by sellers. It helps our customers to find the product that they are looking for faster and easier. If you fill all the request forms in Attribute, it will push your product to the page that customers search.

Product DetailsThis part is the filling-up the details part. It should be clear and easy to read. This will affect the decision making to purchase the products of the customers. Here are the steps :Step 1 : To add product details. Go to HTML by clicking HTML symbol

Step 2 : Once you are on the HTML page, you will have a blank space to create your own content.

To write a content, we use HTML code :<b> for bold text </b> <br> to start a new line (similar to when you press Enter)

Step 2 : Click the HTML symbol again to see the result.

Step 3 : Adding image to the contentThe image that will be added shouldn’t be exceed 720 Px and should be deposited at http://www.photobucket.com Then copy the HTML code and paste on the HTML space.

The HTML code for the image will look like this <img src=” …Link… ”>

Go the the website that you wish to place to VDO to your content, i.g. YouTubeGo to Shared > Embed > Choose the VDO size to 640 x 360 Then copy the code and paste on the HTML space.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your input has the correct format and units.

Size is to be input in centimeter (cm). Weight is to be input in kilogram (kg), as also for all dimensions it is required to input TWO decimal digits.

Examples:

Input for Dimension (Length x Width x Height in cm): Here it is very important to input without spaces!

*Hint:

1 millimeter => 0.011 centimeter => 1.001 meter => 100.00 10 gram => 0.01100 gram => 0.101 kilogram => 1.00
