Attention! The output power of external equipment can not larger than

the system output power, otherwise it will switch on the system to

over-current protection, cutting off the power output Automatically.

Installation and WiringSolar Home System consists of electrical box and Solar panels,connecting

with cables.

electrical box should be indoor placed,avoid from rain,needs a dry

surrounding environment, do not place the system product in a wet

surrounding environment , it flings off a little of heat , please keep

well-ventilated。 

Installing solar panel outside,dead against the direction of sun,change the

orientation of the solar panel manually,keep it is thelargest generating

capacity.

Solar panel and electrical box is connecting by cable,connector is right

side to the electrical box.

Attention!If user need to replace the solar panel or connector,please

make sure to clear interface pin Polarity: Red: +, blue: -, do not make it

reverse, or it might damage the equipment.

  Install the DC load

SBR-H050 SBR-H120 DC devices should be directly inserted into

2-pin socket to the right side of electrical box, the upper part of the needle

1 is "12VDC +", the bottom part of the needle 2 is "12VDC-".

SBR-H160 the bottom part of the needle 2 is "24VDC-"

Attention! If user need to conntect DC device,it would make your own

connecting cable(connector is in the accessories),make sure to clear

interface pin Polarity: 1: +, 2: -, do not make it reverse, or it might damage

the equipment.

Connecting solar panels, electrical boxes and electrical load, open the

electrical box back door, as well as inserting the 10A fuse into the fuse wire

seat, connecting battery to power system (the battery should be disconnected

with the system in the transport or long-term circumstances,). after checking

the polarity is correct and the solar panel input and DC output load(if the

equipment is original equipment, inspection step can be avoided).

When battery connected to the power system, you can see a first red indicator

light to show battery status on the the electrical box on front panel, the

indicator lights eliminate when battery power is insufficient.If the battery voltage is normal, indicator light constant light, you can press the

green button on the right side, load power, startup complete.

When the solar modules is installed properly, the middle of the red light

flashes when charging, the power is full while the light constant shine, the

indicator light off when the component voltage is insufficient or stopping

charging at night.

Attention!Swith on the battery in advance when start the system, waiting

for passing the self-test,then swith on the load.If it is out of order,

there may not pass the system self-test, resulting in no output

load.

Display function

The indication lights of the front electrical box could display the power

capacity and the status of charging, specific as follows:

Operation suggestion

The system is running under a slight heat, keep the environment ventilation.

Normal use requires no special maintenance and repairing, it only needs to

maintain electrical boxes clean. It is very important that the battery is full

charge, once a month at least,or the battery will be permanent damage, the

battery could be full charged only when the energy into the battery in more

than the energy gained by the load. Keep this in mind, especially adding the

extra load

Batteries store a lot of energy, in any case mustn’t let battery short circuit,

so when replacing the solar panels, or DC load plug, make sure to confirm theplug polarity to avoid short circuit.
