What has to be considered during the pre production stage?In film making and video production, pre-production starts when a project is greenlit. As well as this, a story board will need to be created in order to plan out what will happen in the music video. Casting will need to go through as they will need to find people to act in the music video, and shortly afterwards, clothing and makeup will need to be considered. It is a publishing company that manages some brands and trademarks.

Distribution of music videosWhat are the methods of distribution?Music can be distributed in many different ways, for example, It can be released onto a compact disk (CD) or a vinyl record to use on a record player. It can also be digitally downloaded on sites such as iTunes or various other music download sites. Finally, it can be distributed by being played on a music channel. They can also be viewed on websites such as Youtube or likewise be seen live at music festivals. Censorship:Although there are many different ways in the modern world that music videos can be viewed, there are still some rules about censorship when it comes to the videos. For example, some TV channels such as MTV will not play certain music videos including excessive nudity, bad language or use of inappropriate props until after 9pm because they see these videos as inappropriate for young children. Some videos have been banned from being played on TV channels altogether. Likewise, Youtube requires you to log in and confirm that you are over the age of 17 to watch certain music videos for the same reasons. In certain countries, music videos are banned from all TV and websites due to their explicit content that may be seen as offensive to certain countries beliefs or religions.
