TAKE-AWAYS Hydrology and water resource system has close relationship with industry, agriculture, city development and economic fields, participants having basic background in Meteorology/Atmospheric/Environment/Earth system science, civil engineering, agriculture and other related fields are encouraged to apply. WHO SHOULD ATTEND Dr. Shahid Iqbal has more than twelve years of professional experience. He is a versified faculty member and consultant at Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad, visiting faculty at UET Peshawar, member of various international as well as national forums. He is rendering his services as Climate and Water Expert Advisor for CRSC, NDRMF, Cameos and ADB. Dr. Iqbal has earned PhD in Environmental Systems Analysis and Post-Doc from Wageningen University, Netherlands in which he explored the Climate Change impact assessment on water resources and hydro-climatic modeling for the Kabul River Basin. He has also carried out various International Hydrological projects in Africa (Ghana), Italy, Portugal and the Netherlands on water resources and climate change impact/adaptation assessment studies.
