Continue reading through this E-Book and pick 3 spells you‟d like to cast. All of the

spells are completely safe, even if you are brand new to the craft and have never cast

a spell.

Just follow the simple instructions to cast the spells.

If there is an item or items you don‟t have, do not worry. The ingredients and tools

don‟t matter as much as your belief and emotion in the spell you are about to cast.

You can substitute any ingredient or tool for things you have around the house. (For

example, instead of an Athame, you can use a butter knife … a certain herb you don‟t

have, you can use any herb out of the kitchen.)

The point here is that you begin casting these safe and effective spells as soon as

possible, and by the time the course package comes, you may have already seen some

results.

I‟ve put a lot of time and energy in creating this Instant Spell Casting E-kit just for

CHAPTER 1 MAGICK SPELLS

Magick is a connection with yourself and the world around you, and the appreciation

of nature. Magick comes from within, and a true belief in the power of the Universe.

HOW TO CREATE (AND KEEP) A HAPPY HOME WITH

MAGICK ...

I always get excited on Fridays, not just because the weekend is here ... but because

I always make plans to look forward to on the weekends.

Making plans to do something you enjoy, with people you enjoy, is one of the secrets

to keeping life exciting.

Some wet weekends, I take the

kids „rain exploring‟ in the park.

When you are young (and

sometimes when you are an adult)

things always look „different' when

it's raining.

I always felt a veil of mystery and

adventure in the rain.

When I was young, my brother and

I would get our rain boots on as soon as rain started falling ... and we'd explore all

the new and mysterious wonders in the backyard.

We often do the same thing if there's plenty of rain in store

for us!

And then there is the „happy home‟ spell to protect your home,

and bring peace and harmony.

If you already have a happy home, it will keep the happiness

flowing all year round ... and if you don't have a happy home, the

spell can mend relationships, keep the peace ... and flood your

home with happiness.

THE ROSE OF JERICHO HAPPY HOME SPELL

B A C K G R O U N D : Rose of Jericho water has many uses including

healing, cleansing, and protection. Its presence also encourages

serenity and tranquility.

S T E P 1 : Rehydrate a Rose of Jericho flower by placing it into a

dish and covering it with water.

S T E P 2 : After the rose blossoms rehydrate, retain the flower

but change the water weekly.

If you already have a happy home, it will keep the

happiness flowing for the rest of the year ... and

if you don't have a happy home, the spell can

mend relationships, keep the peace ... and flood

your home with happiness.

S T E P 3 : Don't throw out the old water - it's packed with magick power. Use it to

attract blessings of peace, protection, and prosperity to your home.

S T E P 4 : Pour the old water out onto your front doorstep, in the shape of a crescent

moon.

Now you'll flood your home with happiness ... and keep it there all year long ... and if

it's raining in your area, get out exploring! :)

MAGICK FOR A HAPPY HOME ... AND LOTS OF LOVE

I don't know a single person in this world that

doesn't want to live in a happy home ... a home

that makes you feel good about life, and about

everything in it.

I believe that the quality of someone‟s life is

defined by how happy they are ... and I've got just

the thing for you today.

It's a magickal herb that will not only bring

happiness into your home ... but it will also make it

easier to attract money and love into your life

with your spells.

I want to introduce you to the magick of Basil!

I'd like you to do as many of these things as you

can. The more, the better:

Grow basil in your garden and around the

house.

Place pots of fresh basil by your front

entrance and around the perimeter of your home.

If it's not possible to grow basil, then place fresh basil in a vase in a

prominent spot in your kitchen, replace it weekly or as soon as it starts to

spoil.

Cook with it as much as possible, or incorporate it into spell work by placing it

in a vase on your altar. It will also help with your money and love spells.

It's amazing what something as simple as fresh basil can do. I've got it all around my

house, and I've never been happier ... and I know it will increase your level of

happiness too.

Isn't that what it's all about?

I'm very serious about the basil ... things can only get better if you use basil in

everything you do ... and put fresh basil in pots around your home!

THE SECRET OF ‘PEPPERMINT ’ MAGICK

It's been smooth sailing for me and my family this year, except for one small thing.

When one of my kids comes down with a winter cold I invoke a little help from the

Goddess and it is a trip to the doctor.

While there is NO substitute for the care of a good doctor (always be careful which

doctor you listen to though ...) – this spell can help with many different types of

ailments.

But please, never rely just on Magick. If you or someone you love feels ill, see a good

doctor.

ROSE ARIADNE 'S PEPPERMINT HEALING SPELL

S T E P 1 : Place peppermint leaves on top of a photograph of the person who needs

help healing. (This could be a picture of you, if you wish.)

S T E P 2 : „Charge‟ a blue candle with your desire for perfect health for the person in

the photo. (This has to do with anointing the candle and „charging it‟ with your desire

while preparing it)

S T E P 3 : Carve the candle with the individual‟s name, along with a good health symbol.

(I like to use the symbol for the Red Cross)

S T E P 4 : Burn the candle beside the photograph.

S T E P 5 : When the candle has burned down, dispose of the peppermint leaves

outdoors in a bush, under a tree, etc ...

S T E P 6 : Repeat as needed, with fresh peppermint leaves each time.

SECRET OF THE 7 MAGICK FLOWERS

Now I want to give you a little something to make you feel good ...

I found this scribbled in my Grandmother's diary. It explains how she remained so

beautiful throughout the years. She read an old book on Chinese medicine, and

developed this special „magick bath‟ to increase your attractiveness, and keep your

youth.

THE MAGICKAL 7 FLOWERS BATH

This will enhance your beauty, vitality, and sensuality ... but most importantly, it will

make you happy with yourself.

S T E P 1 : Collect the petals from these seven types of flowers: rose, jasmine, peony,

orchid, lotus, magnolia, and chrysanthemum.

S T E P 2 : Fill seven small bowls, each with the petals from each of the seven types of

flowers. (You can substitute fruit tree blossoms for the flowers. Peach and plum tree

blossoms are considered especially powerful for this.

S T E P 3 : Fill your bathtub with warm water and fill it with the flower petals.

S T E P 4 : If the fragrance is not intense, add essential oils until it suits you.

„Commanding charisma I emote

unto thee, my words speak the

truth, you'll listen to me.

S T E P 5 : Bath in the tub and think of beauty ... visualize yourself as the beauty you

are ... stay in the tub for at least 15 or 20 minutes. It's important to relax and let

your mind wander …

I know this Magick bath of the seven flowers works wonders for beauty, and I know

you‟ll be glad you did it.

HOW TO USE ‘COMMANDING’ MAGICK

Have you ever been in a situation where people don't seem to be listening to you? It's

frustrating when you know something that can help someone else ... but they just

won't listen.

I've been in that situation more times than I care to remember.

Whether it's a boyfriend, girlfriend, spouse, or family member ... there is a way to

be heard and understood ... with Magick!

Before I give this spell to you, I want you to promise me something:

Never use this spell to cause harm to another.

You must promise me you'll use it to help others listen to advice meant to help them

... not hurt them.

ROSE ARIADNE 'S ORIGINAL ‘COMMANDING CHARISMA ’

SPELL

S T E P 1 : Get a white candle and carve your name into it.

S T E P 2 : Anoint it with your favorite anointing oil.

S T E P 3 : Decorate it with red, purple, and gold glitter.

S T E P 4 : Tie nine pieces of black thread around the candle with knots. They should

each be 1 inch apart along the candle.

S T E P 5 : Place the candle on your altar in a candleholder, and light it.

S T E P 6 : Kneel in front of the candle and visualize yourself as a commanding

presence ... visualize people listening to your every word, and responding to you in a

positive way.

S T E P 7 : Say this three times:

S T E P 8 : As the candle burns, each of the

nine pieces of black thread

will break/burn ... which

will pull down any obstacles

preventing you from being

listened to.

Remember, this spell will only work if you do it to help someone ... Never try it to do

harm!

INVOKING PROSPERITY & LUCK

If you aren't familiar with anointing and charging candles,

there's just too much about the process for me to explain

here.

It has to do with wetting the candle with special oils, and a

short meditation to charge it with your emotional desire ...

your goal.

It's quick and easy, but there are many different ways of

doing it depending on what result you are going for ... and

what spell you are casting.

I like to get off on the right foot each year, so I dug through

my book of shadows and found a perfect spell for you. It does

not matter when you do this spell … but doing it at the

beginning of the year sets you up for a prosperous year all round.

If you ever worry about your finances, the Earth Smoke Prosperity Spell is the

perfect spell to open doors of wealth in your life.

ROSE ARIADNE 'S EARTH SMOKE PROSPERITY SPELL

S T E P 1 : Place fresh basil leaves in a pot.

S T E P 2 : Boil some water in another pot.

S T E P 3 : Pour the boiling water into the pot with the fresh basil

leaves.

S T E P 4 : Allow it to cool.

S T E P 5 : Strain the basil out of the water with a strainer.

S T E P 6 : Add a little floor cleaner to the basil water, and use this

mixture to mop your floor.

CREATING LUCK

Oh how the wheels of the years seem to turn quicker and quicker ...

Now, before I give you a very powerful luck spell ... I want you to sit quietly for a few

minutes in complete silence.

It's best if you're alone, and you close your eyes.

Remove all problems from your thoughts for a moment. Push everything aside.

Then ... think about what you DO have.

Are you breathing? Yes, you are. Be thankful that you've

been given LIFE ... the biggest miracle of all.

Do you have loved ones? Be thankful that they are in your

life.

Do you have a roof over your head (even if it's hard paying

the rent)? Be thankful for that ... many people don't.

Are you starving? No? Be thankful that you have food to

eat. There are millions starving around the world that

would love to have some food from your cupboard.

Think for a moment how lucky you are to be alive ... even if

it's not always easy.

You are alive ... and you're with your loved ones ... and

you're „with‟ me.

Now ... here's a special spell for you that can attract a lot

of good luck into your life over the coming months ... but

only AFTER you've done the above exercise ... and are

TRULY thankful for what you already have, even if you

don't think it's much.

ROSE ARIADNE 'S ORIGINAL TEN OF D IAMONDS LUCK SPELL

S T E P 1 : Remove the 10 of diamonds from a new deck of playing cards and place it on

a dish. (You may also substitute the 10 of coins card from any tarot deck).

S T E P 2 : Sprinkle it with dirt, lodestone powder, and Van Van Oil, and any coin.

S T E P 3 : Carve a red candle with your witch name. Dress the candle with Van Van oil

too.

S T E P 4 : Put it on top of the card.

S T E P 5 : Burn the candle while visualizing a stream of good luck coming your way ...

think about specific types of „good luck‟ you'd like to have. (Examples: do you want

some „surprise‟ money to find you? Or a surprise, and special visitor? Or something

else? Think of a few different things you'd like to have happen.)

S T E P 6 : When the candle has burned out, place the card (with the dirt, powder, wax

remnants, and oil on it) into a „mojo‟ bag. Either carry the bag with you, or put it in a

safe place in your room ...

economy is making life harder for people all

I see the effects here in my own

neighborhood.

This message is for anyone who has fallen on

hard times ... or anyone who'd like to attract

some extra prosperity when they need it.

If you are hurting, I feel your pain. Even if

you aren't hurting, I know that a little extra

prosperity will put a smile on your face.

But for now, I'd like to give you a little spell

that can attract some prosperity into your life

over the coming weeks.

But you must do exactly as I say.

The fun part is, the results will vary for every person ... and you never know what neat

things will come into your life ... maybe tomorrow ... maybe in a couple of weeks. You

ROSE ARIADNE 'S GOLDEN SPIDER OF PROSPERITY

S T E P 1 : Draw a picture of a spider hidden in its big web. Make sure you draw it on

red paper, using gold ink. (You can get red paper and a gold inked pen from any art

store)

S T E P 2 : Place the drawing in the corner, and place a saucer over it.

I pledge these coins to you with my best intent.

In my thoughts you'll find my current desire.

And with this gold and the goddess attract it to me.

So Mote It Be!‟

S T E P 3 : Toss a few coins into the

saucer and recite:

S T E P 4 : Visualize exactly the

thing you are looking for. Not just

what you want out of selfish

desires ... but something you need.

Something that would make you and

those around you happy.

S T E P 5 : Add a few more coins to

the saucer dish once a week ... and

also add more when something good

happens to you. This will encourage

more good things to flood into your life.

I've had my golden spider helping me out for over 3 years now ... and the saucer is

overflowing with coins! :)

THE SECRET ‘KEYS’ OF GOOD LUCK ATTRACTION

I want to show you how to attract good luck into your

home.

My grandmother showed me this, years ago, and I still

use it to this day.

It's so simple, almost anybody can do it.

The core of this technique is in the luck attracting

energy of old keys.

Old keys will open hidden „good luck‟ doors in your life

that can bring good fortune flooding in.

H E R E ’ S H O W :

S T E P 1 : Get as many old keys as you can find. There

may be some old keys around your house. You can also go

to your local pawn shop to find some. They must be metal

keys. The older they are, the better.

S T E P 2 : Once you've got these keys, find an old

keychain to put them on. (You can also use a bent wire

coat hanger for making a good luck „key wind chime‟.)

S T E P 3 : Hang it outside your front door.

When the wind rustles the key‟s positive energy will bring

good luck into your life will come.

USE SALT TO DISSOLVE BAD LUCK

I get a lot of mail from people asking my magickal advice for dealing with difficult

situations ... and bad luck.

People are facing a wide variety of issues, such as broken relationships, financial

troubles, sickness, and broken hearts.

I wanted to come up with an easy spell anyone can do to keep these bad situations at

bay.

To push them out of their lives forever.

So ... if you feel bad luck keeps finding you, or you have something going on inside of

your house that you want to get rid of, here is what I want you to do:

S T E P 1 . Get some sea salt. (If you can't get sea salt, you can use table salt ... but

sea salt works better.)

S T E P 2 . Stand outside your front door, and kneel down in front of it holding the

salt.

S T E P 3 . Get a clear vision of the very specific problem you are having in your mind.

S T E P 4 . Once your problem is very clearly in your mind, sprinkle the salt in a CROSS

shape right in front of the door.

... it's as simple as that, and it works like a charm!

Why a cross shape, you may ask? Not for any specific religious purpose ... but it

derives from pre-Christian metaphysical geometry, so that the salt's protective

capacities are radiated in all possible directions ...

... and you'll see your problem fade away ...

HOW TO BOOST YOUR MONEY MAGICK ENERGY

I've been getting more questions about money spells than ever before. And it makes

sense.

The United States (along with the rest of the world) is in the depths of a recession

not seen since the Great Depression of the 1920s.

Some of the emails I get are truly heartbreaking. Good people like you, struggling to

make ends meet.

There is some very important information you must know (and some things you must

do) before casting successful spells.

There are very specific reasons why spells fail, and I'll show you exactly how to

almost completely eliminate failing spells ...

This spell works best if you are genuinely worried about your financial situation, and

you need the God and Goddess to help you stay afloat.

ROSE ARIADNE 'S ‘WEALTH SMOKE ’ SPELL

This spell will „charge‟ smoke with wealth attracting energy, and release it into the

universe ... with the power to stabilize your financial situation, sending you the

wealth you need to live more comfortably, without having to constantly worry about

finances.

S T E P 1 : Combine brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground coffee in a small bowl.

S T E P 2 : Add powdered sugar, carnation petals, garlic chives, and cherry blossoms if

possible. (If cherry blossoms are unavailable, try apple blossoms, or the blossoms of

any flowering fruit tree. Omit if they are impossible to find.)

S T E P 3 : Grind all the ingredients together.

S T E P 4 : Burn it outside your front door to release wealth attracting smoke.

S T E P 5 : Leave the ashes alone for 24 hours to radiate their power ... then dispose of

them in the outdoors or in living, running water.

This is a silent spell ... you don't need to say anything. Just think about the desire you

have to be „comfortable‟ with your finances.

Then let the energy in the smoke do the rest.

Whether you are struggling or not I know there are many beautiful days ahead of

you, though it may not always seem like it.

Money Magick can bring wealth and prosperity beyond your wildest dreams. But there

is a „catch‟.

Do not cast a money spell out of desperation for „quick cash‟. Instead, be in a happy

satisfied state of mind. Already have accepted your financial problems, and put it in

your mind that you may have to work a little bit to help yourself out of the rut.

Next, you need to meditate on the spell. That means you need to set up a peaceful

environment in your sacred space, and very simply close your eyes – and see yourself

in vivid detail cast the spell ... perfectly.

Then visualize how your life will be AFTER the money and prosperity finds you. Don‟t

focus on HOW it found you ... just see yourself living AFTER it finds you.

Finally ... pick an evening where the moon is WAXING. (This means, in case you don't

know, that the moon is getting closer to being full every evening ... it is GROWING.)

And then do your money spell, exactly as you visualized.

Don't be desperate. Just cast the spell, and have some fun with it. Be at peace with

everything. Be in a „good‟ place.

And then don't obsess about WHEN the money will come ... or HOW MUCH money will

come.

Do NOT be specific. Finally ... just let the spell go out of your mind once you are done.

And go about your life.

You will be shocked when you find yourself in a situation where your wildest dreams

are fulfilled ... EXACTLY as you saw it in your mind.

Remember, every spell has its own timeline, and its own way of bringing the result you

desire.

We are POWERLESS to determine exactly how much, and exactly how soon.

S T E P 1 : We set up candles around the main areas of the house ... and we light them

to set the mood.

S T E P 2 : I setup a special Yule altar in the living room. It doesn't even have to look

like a „Witchcraft‟ altar if you don't want. Just

a small table with some of the following items

on it ...

colors: red, green, white, gold

holly

mistletoe

poinsettias

tropical flowers

pine needles

ginger root

nutmeg

bayberries

red and green candles

pine cones

S T E P 3 : We have a special meal at the table together. As many natural foods as we

can. Fresh vegetables, organic cage free Turkey, fresh potatoes, etc ...

S T E P 4 : We burn a „Yule log‟ in the fireplace.

REMEMBER , WE ARE CELEBRATING THE VERY REAL RENEWAL OF THE SUN AND

THE EARTH THAT HAS JUST BEGUN .

S T E P 5 : Next, we read Christmas stories, drink hot cocoa by the fire ... and get the

kids excited for Santa.

S T E P 6 : Then ... off to bed to dream wonderful dreams. Except for me.

S T E P 7 : I stay up to set up the presents - and then I do one each of the following

spell types:

A divination spell to see what is to come in the coming year

My „healthy planet‟ spell

A „peace attraction‟ spell

It's important that no spell you cast is a self-serving spell. Make it about the world

... and about what is to come. The positive karmic energy will come back to you in a

big way in the coming year.

WINTER SOLSTICE RITUAL

The winter solstice ritual we do can „set the stage‟ for miracles in the coming year ...

miracles that can enter your life and affect it in ways you've never imagined.

We do this to thank the God and Goddess for guiding us through the „longest night‟ of

the year on December 21st.

We're going to offer our sincere appreciation, and in exchange they'll flood our lives

with wonderful surprises throughout the next wheel of the year ... this year.

H E R E A R E T H E S T E P S :

S T E P 1 : Standing outside if possible, otherwise in a space special to you, place a

candle in each of the four directions, beginning with the East.

S T E P 2 : Once placed, walk from candle to candle creating a sacred circle. Rather

than using athames, direct energy out of our finger tips, focusing towards the

ground, asking that your circle be cast in light and love.

S T E P 3 : As we light each candle discuss what is sacred and beautiful about the

element associated with that particular direction.

H E R E ' S H O W :

Light the East candle which represents air, thanking the Goddess and the God

for the air we breathe, the wind that blows, and the beauty of clouds.

Walking clockwise, light the South candle which represents fire. Voice how

thankful you are for cooked food, lit candles, and warmth.

The West candle represents water. Voice how thankful you are for rain, puddles,

and water to drink.

North represents earth. As you light this candle share your love of Mother

Earth and all the blessings you receive from Her. Food, shelter, flowers,

sandboxes, and the beach.

S T E P 4 : Continue back to the East to complete your

circle. Then light the God and the Goddess candles, which

are on your altar in the center of the circle.

S T E P 5 : Next, thank the sun for all it gives you as you

gaze into the candlelight. Thank him for the sunlight to

grow food, light to see by, and warmth.

S T E P 6 : Throw pre-popped popcorn up into the air (if

you are inside, walk outside to do this), and leave the

popcorn for the birds. This is VERY important.

S T E P 7 : Walk counterclockwise around your circle to

close it. Snuff (don't blow) each of the candles out as

you close the circle.

limes, two red peppers (the long

cord strong enough to support the

limes.

Something must be in the air this month.

I get so many emails from people focusing on the Love

Magick rituals I teach.

... and because so many of you seem to be focused on

Love, I feel it's necessary to share another „Love Spell‟

malfunction story to you, along with my advice.

It won't help you to hear about all the successful love

spells we are casting - I feel you'll learn more if you

hear about a failure every now and then.

I am proud of Deni for following the spells and rituals in

my course, step-by-step, and it is working for him. The

problem he is having is like what so many others go

through.

He's trying to FORCE the spell by continuing to obsess

over it after it has brought what he was looking for.

It's so important to „let it go‟, and let his Magick

interact with the

Universe in its

own way.

Now that it has brought someone special into

his life, he feels he needs yet another spell to

keep her ... and that is where I have a problem.

I don't like to use Magick to „trap‟ someone into

staying in a situation.

Nothing good can come of it, usually.

You see, Deni cast a spell to open doors for love -

... and it brought an opportunity. Now it's up to

Deni to cultivate that relationship ...

But I don't recommend altering any of my spells

SAMHAIN IS A MAGICKAL TIME OF YEAR

There truly is Magick in the air around this time of year and I always plan a Samhain

divination.

Every year we reconnect with lost loved ones using the rituals I lay out ... and the

Halloween parade with the kids is always wonderful! Our neighborhood does it every

year.

So what does the future hold for you?

I remembered how a simple ritual I'd almost forgotten can help you solve your most

pressing problems ... and give you insight on exactly what's in store for you ... and

what you should do next.

And it's very easy ...

Here's what I want you to do when you have some time.

FIVE WAYS TO CELEBRATE SAMHAIN

My favorite day of the year is Samhain, and I've got some ideas for how you can

celebrate, and let yourself go.

Magick is in the air, and it's important for you to not „obsess‟ about casting spells ...

and just let things happen.

Keep good fun thoughts in your mind, with hope for the future. Trust me, these

positive thoughts will turn into Magick energy and be released ... that is the power of

Samhain.

1. HAVE A ‘DUMB ’ SUPPER . . .

Pick a person (alive or passed away) that has qualities you admire ... maybe someone

you love and care about that isn't with you.

Have dinner as usual, but leave an empty plate for

them. But „pretend‟ they are there. Talk to them ... ask

them how they are doing. Or you can have dinner in

complete silence, and think about them deeply.

Treat your „guest‟ right with some good food, some

wine ... and my favorite – some tasty desserts!

The person you are honoring will feel it ... and you'll

boost your emotional Magick sources.

2. HONOR THE DEAD

How do you honor the dead? Simple ... remember

them.

Think of all the people that have passed on in your life,

and don't let their memories fade.

Think deeply about what they were like in life, what

did they do ... what did they feel?

Tell them you miss them. Tell them you love them. Talk about them ...

Honoring the dead is one of the best ways to create Magick on Samhain.

3. CARVE A PUMPKIN

Yes, I know this is a Halloween tradition ... but it is also a pagan pastime. It actually

started with the belief that carving faces into turnips would keep evil away.

We've found that it's very difficult to carve turnips ... and pumpkins work just as

well.

Yes, it is fun ... but it will also keep any bad luck and negative energy away.

4. DO YOUR D IVINATIONS

This is the BEST time of the year for seeing what is to come ... and don't let it pass

by without doing some divination rituals.

You can do Tarot, Runes, Scrying, Pendulum divination, Tea Reading, and any other

divination techniques.

5. FEAST . . . FEAST . . . FEAST !

If you have Wiccan friends or family, get together and make a feast! There are many

special recipes that work wonders for

enhancing your Magick ...

This is one of the best ways to

celebrate Samhain because the positive

emotions that build up will directly

influence the effects of your

divinations and rituals.

I've always got so many things planned

for Samhain, I worry I won't fit

everything in...

Every year I take the kids trick or

treating right after the neighborhood

Halloween parade. And then I begin my

Samhain activities with my local

„witches‟. :)

We always do our divinations AFTER

the feast because the energy is at its

peak, and I recommend you do the same. Have your list of „wishes‟ ready ... and also be

prepared to see a bit of your future.

BLESSINGS FROM GHOSTS?

I absolutely love this most Magickal time of the year. Samhain (aka Halloween) has

Celtic roots. It marks the beginning of the „dark‟ part of

the year.

It's also the moment when the „veils‟ between the realms

of the living and dead are „thinned‟ making communication

easier.

This is nothing to fear. And you can actually invoke

blessings from „hungry‟ ghosts without any family or friends

that have long been forgotten.

I don't know many witches that practice what I'm about to

show you ... but every year at Samhain, I find little goodies

and gifts from these hungry ghosts. It amazes me every

time.

I recommend you start doing this every night, for a week ...

all the way through October 31st (Samhain/Halloween).

I promise, you'll love the little strokes of „good luck‟ and

other goodies you begin to receive.

H E R E ’ S W H A T I W A N T Y O U T O D O …

Every night before you go to bed, place a glass of milk and

a plate of barley outside your home under the stars.

This will ease lonely ghosts' „hunger‟ for attention. It will

prevent any mischief, and will bring blessings, luck, and

fortune into your life during the next week.

ROSE 'S ‘GODDESS AID’ CANDLE DIVINATION

S T E P 1 : Find some time alone, at night when the moon is waxing.

S T E P 2 : Get a plain white candle, an empty bowl, and a bowl of ice cold water.

S T E P 3 : Close your eyes and think about your biggest problem or desire in life.

„Think‟ it for at least 2 minutes.

S T E P 4 : Melt the entire candle into the bowl.

S T E P 5 : Immediately dump the hot wax into the ice cold water.

* BE CAREFUL ... and do NOT try this if you don't feel comfortable handling hot

wax...

S T E P 6 : When the hot wax hits the ice cold water, it will form shapes, charged with

the emotion you felt when you thought about your problem or desire ... the Goddess

will mold the wax into symbols that will tell you how to solve the problem ... or how to

quickly get your biggest desire.

S T E P 7 : Look at the shapes ... and after 5 or 10 minutes, you'll begin to see the path

you need to take to get what you want, or solve your problem.

NOTE: It's kind of like staring up at the clouds, using your imagination to „see‟ things

in the clouds ... like a dragon, a house, a dog ... etc ...

S T E P 8 : You'll know what to do if you really look and put these shapes together ...

and sometimes the Goddess will give you a little „surprise‟ in the wax. A special symbol

that has great meaning for you. This is a gift that will bring amazing luck and miracles

to you. When you see one, carefully break the shape off the glob of wax and place it

under your pillow for 7 days.

You'll be amazed at what happens.

This is a simple ritual anyone can do, and it's amazing how well it works.

Do enjoy the candle wax divination.

CAST A CLEANSING SPELL

Here is a spiritual cleansing spell ... in preparation for Samhain.

You can cast this spell at any time just remember to think about me and my witches

as you do the ritual to give you more power.

Do you have your coconut and other materials all ready to go?

Coconuts possess a very special aroma. Not only is it sensuous and evocative ... but it

provides long-term spiritual purification.

But it must be natural ... store bought coconut fragrance has no power whatsoever.

Use „pour-and-melt‟ wax you can get from any craft store.

White or brown are the preferred colors.

H E R E ’ S W H A T I W A N T Y O U T O D O …

S T E P 1 . Prepare the candle shell before melting the wax. Use any type of container

you choose, but a hollowed out half coconut shell is the best.

S T E P 2 . Melt the wax until it is liquid.

S T E P 3 . Stir in pure coconut extract. The quantity depends on your desired intensity

of fragrance.

S T E P 4 . Make sure the wick is attached securely to the container by holding it in

place until the wax hardens, or by attaching it to a pencil stick laid across the top of

the container.

S T E P 5 . Pour the scented wax into the container.

S T E P 6 . Allow the wax to harden.

* If you wish, supplement the fragrance with a few drops of ginger, frankincense, or

lemon essential oils ... this is not required though.

Now ... visualize the bonds between us as you begin the cleansing.

S T E P 1 . Put on some calming music ... whatever calms you. It must be peaceful.

S T E P 2 . The room should be dimly lit, and you should sit comfortably in front of your

candle.

S T E P 3 . Light the candle.

S T E P 4 . Close your eyes and visualize the purity from the candle going into your

nose, and through your whole body ... cleansing your spirit.

S T E P 5 . Think of me, and all of the others that are doing exactly as you are ... and

visualize everyone being connected by a white bond of pure energy and purity.

S T E P 6 . Then say ...

„As one, our spirits are cleansed from this moment on ... ‟

S T E P 7 . Let the candle burn for 15 minutes while you sit, relax, reflect, and breath

deep ...

You'll be ready for Samhain with a fully cleansed spirit ... and every spell or ritual you

cast will be much more effective.

It's going to be wonderful!

HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO ‘SEE ’ THE FUTURE?

heightened above normal levels.

The sun has been released from the

bondage of winter, and it is a time of

honoring LIFE.

It is a time of „no time‟, and many

otherworldly occurrences can happen

during „no time‟.

The Queen of the Faeries rides

through on her white horse, trying to

entice people away to the Fairyland.

Legend has it that if you sit under a

tree during this time of year, and hide

your face - you can hear her riding

past you ... but if you look at her, she may choose YOU.

The earth has awakened, and joy awaits you.

So I sat down and decided on the perfect ritual that everyone can put their own „spin‟

on to attract whatever your main desires are ...

Whether it's love, or money, or anything else ... you can put a little „twist‟ on this

ritual. Or, you can just celebrate it for what it is ...

BELTANE !

Of course, there is much confusion about exactly what night Beltane occurs amongst

neo pagans ... but anytime in the first couple weeks will work.

And don't worry ... if you don't have all of these tools you can substitute anything.

I'll put substitution recommendations in parenthesis after each tool is listed.

S T E P 3 : Face East with your wand and draw a pentacle in the air. Visualize it flaming

and blue. The turn to the south and draw it in the air again ... then in the west, and

north.

S T E P 4 : Facing East, say,

„Guardian of the watchtower of the East Mighty Raphael assist and attend our

Beltane ritual if you will, lend us the protection of all the creatures of the air.‟

S T E P 5 : Facing South, say,

„Guardian of the watchtower of the South, Great Michael, assist and attend our

Beltane ritual if you will, lend us the protection of all the creatures of the fire.‟

S T E P 6 : Facing West, say,

„Guardian of the watchtower of the West, Mighty Gabriel assist and attend our

Beltane ritual if you will, lend us the protection of all the creatures of the water.‟

S T E P 7 : Facing North, say,

„Guardian of the watchtower of the North, Great Uriel assist and attend our Beltane

ritual if you will, lend us the protection of all the creatures of the earth.‟

S T E P 8 : Go to the center, where your altar is. Say,

„For about me flames the Pentacle, and above me the six pointed star.‟

S T E P 9 : Light a candle in each of the 4 directions (east, south, west, and north).

Say,

„By these flames we invoke the powers of Air, Fire, Water, Earth.‟

S T E P 1 0 : Light the incense, then say,

„By these perfumes we invoke the powers of the ancient ones.‟

S T E P 1 1 : Light two more candles on either side of your alter (representing the

feminine and the male aspects of the deities). After lighting the first one, say,

„Lady of the Night, wake from your winter slumber, I call to you. Join us in this

Beltane Celebration with joy, light and love.‟

„Lord of the Day, hunting through the forest, I call to you. Join us in this Beltane

S T E P 1 2 : Light a candle on your altar. (Recommended color, green) Say,

„Ancient Ones, Listen to this Beltane call. Bring us the glimmer of wishes, the light of

hope and the mystery of magick by your presence. Let the Oak King live again. May

Friday the 13th is a day that many people fear ... but it's a day YOU don't have to

First of all, it's a day just like any other day.

There's nothing „unlucky‟ about it.

„Lord and Lady, receive this seed.

Let it germinate in my mind and heart.

Let it prosper and grow into maturity,

For I will care for it and encourage it in Your names.‟

Second ... just in case you're nervous about it, I'm going to give you a special

protection spell that will not only steer bad luck away from you every Friday 13, but

will also attract good luck TO YOU.

Before we get to that, let's start off with „why‟ Friday the 13th got its reputation in

the first place.

Part of it comes from a tale in Norse mythology.

Friday is named for „Friga‟, the free-spirited goddess of love and fertility.

When Norse tribes converted to Christianity, Friga was banished in shame to a

mountaintop, and labeled a „witch‟. (Oh the horror!)

It was believed that every Friday, the spiteful goddess convened a meeting with 11

other witches, plus the devil ... a gathering of 13 ... and plotted ill turns of fate for

the coming week.

For many centuries in Scandinavia, Friday was known as the „Witches Sabbath‟.

Oh, one more thing on how this all started ...

The Knights of the Templar - when they became extraordinarily powerful and

wealthy, King Philip secretly ordered their arrest in France on ... you got it ... Friday

the 13th.

You see?

You've got nothing to fear. It's all based on one myth, and one event that occurred

hundreds of years ago ... along with the mainstream superstition of 13 being an

unlucky number ... and Friday being an unlucky day.

Now, just in case this hasn't helped you to feel more at peace on this beautiful day,

I've got a special spell for you.

ROSE ARIADNE 'S SEVEN HATHORS OF FRIDAY13

PROTECTION SPELL

Y O U W I L L N E E D

1 small cup of your favorite beverage

1 piece of your favorite fruit cut up into seven slices

1 long red ribbon cut into seven pieces

S T E P 1 . Create an offering table to call the attention of the Hathors.

DO YOU THINK YOU 'RE HEXED?

One of the most common emails I get is one that ends with: „Do you think someone

put a hex or a curse on me, Rose?‟

I get at least a dozen of these questions every week, if not more.

I'll be honest in telling you that (especially these days) most of the tough times

people experience are not because someone put a curse or hex on them.

Unfortunately, along with the good things to be had in life, there are also problems.

It's just part of living.

But, still, many Magick practitioners are convinced that when something bad happens

to them ... someone wishing them harm has cursed them.

S T E P 2 : Carve a red candle with good luck symbols (like a 4-leaf clover) and other

positive signs that mean something to you.

S T E P 3 : Anoint the candle with Uncrossing Oil.

S T E P 4 : Sprinkle your candle with powdered agrimony and hydrangea blossoms. If

you can't find these, just sprinkle the candle with any type of blossoms.

S T E P 5 : Place the candle on top of the paper and light the candle. Just let the wax

fall where it will. Let it burn all the way down, and then snuff out the flame (don't

BLOW out the flame).

Don't let the simplicity of this spell fool you. It is an extremely effective spell for

negative Magick energy removal and the changing of your fortune.

EVER HAVE A BAD DAY?

Some days things just do not go so well.

It happens to everybody ... and to be honest, I can't remember the last time I had a

day where NOTHING seems to go right.

It's just so random, and there really isn't any explanation except that „something

seems to be in the air‟.

Now ... what am I going to do about it?

Well, I'm going to do a spell to attract „positive‟

and „happy‟ thoughts (and things) into my life

today.

I'm going to light some candles, dim the lights,

and sink into a nice hot bath with some soft,

YEARLY MAGICK PROTECTION ...

New Year is the best time to setup your yearly

magick protection.

You see, it's important to put Magick protection

over your house, and everyone in it ... at the

beginning of each year.

I'm going to share with you the advice of a dear

friend.

She found this spell a long time ago, from a very

trusted mentor ... and it's probably listed on dozens

of websites by now ... but she believes in this spell so

strongly, that I've just got to add it to the other

protection spells I do at the new year.

Maybe you've heard of witches bottles. But if not -

a witch‟s bottle is a glass jar filled with herbs and

other goodies – for a specific purpose.

Usually they are buried in the ground around your

home, or hidden in a cabinet by the front door.

Here's the recipe for creating year-long protection for you, your home, and everyone

in it.

„This the energy coming my way, to get my life moving and speed up the change.

Then I'll get into something comfortable, and go about my life ... „

1 glass jar with cork stopper or lid (a small canning jar is fine)

1/2 to 1 cup salt (depending on size of the jar)

3 cloves garlic

9 bay leaves

7 tbsp dried basil

4 tbsp dill seeds

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp fennel

1 bowl

In the morning, ideally on a bright and sunny day, assemble all items.

Place the salt into the bowl and say:

„Salt that protects, protect my home and all within it.‟

Add the cloves of garlic to the bowl and say:

„Garlic that protects, protect my home and all within it.‟

Crumble the bay leaves, place in the bowl and say:

„Bay that protects, protect my home and all within it.‟

Add the basil and say:

Add dill and say:

Add the sage and say:

„Sage that protects, protect my home and all within it.‟

Add the anise and say:

Mix together the herbs and the salt with your hands. Through the movement of your

hands and fingers, lend energy to the potent protective items.

WISDOM

Magick is a world of wonder, faith and love. Many friends, colleagues and students are

always sending me messages in one form or another so I thought I would share how I

help them on their magickal journey.

WHY MAGICK DON ’T SPELLS WORK?

I get a lot of phone messages with people asking me questions about Magick, but of all

the voice messages I get on a daily basis, one really stood out.

First of all, I can hear the wonderful heart and spirit in Mary's voice.

But she brings up something VERY important.

You see, she's been studying Magick for over 5 years ... and she's been very

frustrated and stressed out every time she's tried to cast a spell or do a ritual.

WHY?

Because she's obsessing about every little thing ... trying to make sure everything is

perfect.

Well, there IS NO PERFECT. Remember, the Magick comes from inside of YOU. It

doesn't come out of the incense, the candles, or the altar ...

It comes from you ... and it's good and pure, and it holds a lot of power.

My point? You must relax when you perform a spell or ritual. You must be at peace

within yourself.

So many people complain their spells don't work ... they are frustrated ... life is only

getting worse, etc. ... and in 95% of the cases, it's because they are bringing

„negative‟ stressful energy into the spells.

We live in a stressed out society, and one of the benefits of focusing on your Magick

energy through Witchcraft is that you are able to go to a calm, peaceful, and serene

place inside yourself ...

... and that's where the Magick comes from. And it can work wonders.

Mary is at peace now, and her life is getting better by leaps and bounds.

So ... do not stress out.

You have the rest of your life to make it whatever you wish, and you'll always have

While I don't wear ANYTHING Nike, I do love their slogan.

While sifting through my weekly emails - I am noticing a trend.

When people receive my teachings, many of them are waiting to get started.

Waiting to get every tool ... waiting to get the perfect candles, altar, etc ...

When you are getting started (and even if you've been doing spells for years) - it's

important to know that you don't need to wait.

You can even begin to practice spells without ANYTHING ... doing the spell just in

your own mind.

I just followed through with your first lesson, and it was amazing! As I gazed at the

I imagined myself as an eagle, soaring above the mountains, the wind gliding between

my feathers.

I felt myself walking on a beach, the tide lapping gently at my feet. And I was in a

You had a lot of energy built up in the room, and you may not have done the best job

of „pointing‟ that energy in a certain direction ... for a specific purpose.

When this happens, you can get some unpredictable things happening. Energy is

energy, and if you don't point it down a certain path, it will do whatever it will.

... but it MUST do SOMETHING ... and it will! :)

MAGICK POWER OF A NIGHT SKY ...

When I was young, I was not very popular with other kids at my school.

In fact, I remember being such a „loner‟ that I'd actually hide out in the girls

bathroom at lunch, because I didn't want anyone to see me hanging out alone.

Of course, that all changed when I discovered how to control the Magick

inside of me ... and the energy of the universe.

But, looking back, those were not fun times.

Even before my grandmother introduced me to the world of

Magick, I started to connect.

It was Christmas night, and I was about 11 years old.

I knew I had to go back to school soon and face the fact

that I really didn't have any friends. I remember wishing

that Christmas could last forever.

But I knew it couldn't.

Anyway, after Christmas dinner that night, I started to

get a knot in my stomach. I was so nervous about going

back to school.

But in a few moments, I'd leave all that behind ... and I honestly

can't tell you what guided me next.

I walked out into the backyard, onto the grass that was

damp with fresh dew.

The night sky's endless expanse of stars and galaxies

spread out above me.

I laid down on the damp grass, and I stared up at the

glorious sky. I didn't care that it was damp. I focused on

the beauty of eternity above me.

Better than any movie I've ever seen. Better than any

piece of art.

I really focused on the stars ... my imagination and

thoughts were swept away, into peace.

The stress was gone ... and all that was left was hope, and faith ... and a belief that

something was watching over me, and that there are things going on that we don't

understand ... and that these unknowns are „good‟ things. An energy. A Magick energy.

I made this stargazing a party of my daily rituals ... before I knew it WAS a daily

I was „connected‟ with the Magick of our universe ... and this connection began to

change everything.

If you are able ... try star gazing. You don't have to lay on the grass ... maybe a

lounge chair.

It's funny how people don't notice the most glorious things anymore ... and they are

right above you.

EASIEST MAGICK SPELL IN THE WORLD

Yule is a wonderful time of year ... I absolutely love it.

Lights go up around the neighborhood, and my husband to sets up our lights after the

„feast‟.

There's nothing I love more than taking a moonlit walk down the street during Yule ...

the lights, the stars, the friendly faces smiling my way.

Sometimes I stop, close my eyes, take a breath of fresh air, and really „feel‟ the air

fill my lungs ... „really‟ smell the scent of fresh dew filling the air.

Life really is a blessing from the Goddess. And no matter how bad things ever get ...

if you stop, close your eyes, and feel the air fill your lungs ... at that moment, you can

be as happy and content as anyone else on planet Earth.

If even just for a moment. That's Magick. It's the simplest form of a spell, but oh so

powerful. Though it may not seem like it will help you at the time, if you do this at

least three times a day - you'll be surprised at what you find. It's got incredible

power for your mind, body, and soul. And you will see results ... the universe will

CHAPTER 3 QUESTION AND

ANSWER SECTION

I get hundreds of questions from all the people who contact me and from my students

and thought I would share them with you here.

QUESTION – CAN MONEY SPELLS BRING MONEY IMMEDIATELY?

Is there a money spell that can bring money immediately, as soon as the spell is cast?

ANSWER

Jeff, that is a great question. I believe that every Witch has had that one on her/his

mind at one time or another…

The answer is not straightforward, and it really does depend (on a lot of things). I‟ll

do my best to keep it simple Money Magick can be very tricky.

Anytime someone does a spell to bring them something you must be very careful. The

spell may be coming from a place of greed, and you have to make sure to keep

negative emotions and energy out of the spell. (This could ruin the spell completely.)

That being said, there is good news and bad news related to your question, Jeff. The

good news is yes, Magick can bring money into your life almost immediately (some

form of money or wealth, it may not be dollar bills). As a matter of fact, I have

specific examples of that in my life‟s work, but they are too long to go into here.

Not only can the money come into your life quickly, but it can also be a very specific

amount depending on your needs, emotional state, and intent when you cast the spell.

Now for the bad news (and it s not really bad, it just may not be exactly what you

want to hear). The money probably will NOT come into your life immediately and it

may not come in the way that you think

You see, Jeff, the desire you have when you cast any spell is only 1 of the many

different energies that are released into the spell at the time of the casting. Your

belief, emotion, your subconscious mind, as well as a little judgment by the divine as

to what will happen after you cast the spell - are all a part of it.

Usually what will happen if you cast the spell with the proper amount of belief and

emotion behind your desire is that the money will be sent into your life when you least

expect it, and at your most urgent time of need. As I‟ve mentioned before, one of the

most important things is to let the spell go right after you have set your Magick

energy loose. Forget you even cast the spell, let the Magick work to its fullest by

completely releasing it from your mind.

Don‟t wonder when it‟s going to happen or how it‟s going to happen just know that it

will, and don‟t think about it anymore. Just go on with your life the best you can. One

morning, you will open your eyes, and it will dawn on you the spell worked! And you

hadn‟t even realized it until that moment you actually GOT the money that you needed

the money that you desired.

But it may not have been in the way you expected. Just make sure your Magick

doesn‟t come out of a place of greed - it probably won‟t do you a whole lot of good to

cast a spell to make a million dollars appear out of nowhere. The spell would not be

coming out of the right emotional compartment in your subconscious to be very

effective.

QUESTION – ROSE CAN YOU HELP ME?

I just started getting into black magic and that

stuff, do you have a really great love spell, which can

bring my ex-boyfriend back to me? He doesn‟t want

me back, he‟s really stubborn. He doesn‟t have a

girlfriend now, and he hasn‟t had one since I left him.

That was almost 3 years ago. I don‟t know what‟s

wrong with him. Sometimes he‟s so depressed, but he

doesn‟t want a girl or even me to calm him down, how

can I make it so he falls in love with me? I really love

him.

ANSWER

First let me say that I am not a person who ever tells

anyone what to do – I can only give you advice based

on my system of beliefs – and what I think is right

and wrong.

Let me touch on a little morality issue here before I

give you a little age old advice.

As many of us know, one of the first laws or rules in

most of the Witchcraft paths (and nearly all nature

based Magick belief systems) is, „An it harm none‟.

Basically, the idea is – no matter what you do with

your Magick (or in life in general), never do harm to

another.

And as if that wasn‟t enough to deter people from

doing harm, the powers that be devised a little thing

called „karma‟, it‟s kind of like a law in physics that I

learned so long ago in high school.

‘FOR E VER Y A CT I ON THE R E I S AN E QU AL AND OP P OS ITE R E ACTI ON ’ .

So, if I put my hands on a wall and push, the same amount of pressure I put on the

wall, is put on my hand.

It‟s the same with Magick. If I do a ritual, or cast a spell, to bring something good

into someone‟s life (coming from a place of love in my heart), the energy I send out to

perform the miracle (whether it is good luck for my mom, or a healing for my sister,

etc) will also come back to me. It won‟t necessarily be the same type of energy,

usually you will just notice that really good things start happening to you, and the

more good you do, the more little miracles start „popping up‟ in your life.

And if the energy you send out is negative in any way (which is where I think your

question is leading, more on that in a second) – this energy will „bounce back‟ to you,

and you will notice bad luck will begin to find you.

You see, our wonderful universe has a way of keeping things in balance, both in the

physical world, and in the world of Magick.

Sorry I got off on that tangent, now that I‟ve laid the groundwork, I can answer your

question - or at least give you some advice.

If you cast a love spell on your boyfriend, you will be affecting his „free will‟ to do as

he chooses in life. The Magick will influence his „decision‟ to fall in love with you, or

move on.

As a human being, the free will to do as we choose is one of the most sacred things

we have in life. And by casting a love spell on a specific person you are taking

something sacred away from them. Their freedom of choice. And this is a very

negative Magickal action.

And that means, you will suffer negative karma coming right back to you, in ways you

never expected.

Do love spells cast on specific people work? Oh yes they do, definitely, (I have seen it

many times as a young Witch growing up) - but the karma that has always come back

to the person has been almost unbearable to watch.

If I were you, I would NEVER cast a love spell on a specific person. If you do this,

and your boyfriend falls in love with you, the karma is going to come at you full force.

Here are the possibilities (and what I have seen happen…)

Things may be great for a week or two, but his spirit will grow restless, he will begin

to get irritable and frustrated, and he won‟t know why. As time goes on, he may even

get verbally (or eventually) physically abusive towards you.

I‟m not saying that he will do these things, but I have seen it happen before when

specific person love Magick is involved.

Your life will be turned upside down, Anonymous, and I hope you don‟t think that you

can „handle‟ anything that karma throws back at you. You have no idea how it will

negatively affect your life. The law of Karma will make SURE that the „prize‟ is not

worth the negativity that floods into your life.

H E R E ’ S W H A T I W O U L D D O I N S T E A D

Find your sacred space, and go through the exercises.

Look inside of yourself at what you really need in life right now. Cast a self love spell

(I love self love spells, and guarantee you will feel wonderful!). If you still feel you

want love in your life, then you can cast a general love spell – not on your boyfriend

specifically – but in a general way. As you are casting, think about the qualities you

want in the person you eventually fall in love with, not a specific name, not a specific

person.

And release the energies of the spell into the cosmos with the goal of opening the

doors of true love in your life. Then, true love will find you, Anonymous. I have no

doubt.

And who knows, it may be that the Universe intends for your boyfriend and you to be

together forever, but you didn‟t affect his „free will‟ with Magick.

But my guess is, the Magick will bring someone very special into your life when you

least expect it – and he‟ll be everything you ever dreamed of, and your boyfriend will

move on in his life, and find happiness, and get over his depression…

All I am asking is for you to let the Universe, and the Divine decide what is in store

for you and your boyfriend, don‟t try to control it, because you will suffer bad karma.

QUESTION – IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THERE CAN BE BONDS BETWEEN SOMETHING

LIKE W IND OR WATER AND PEOPLE?

Whenever I get mad or scared the wind picks up and when I am happy the wind makes

me feel light as a feather and runs lightly through my hair. I hope that doesn‟t sound

strange, I just thought I‟d ask…

ANSWER

Here is the short and simple answer – YES!

There is very strong bond between every single one of us and the Wind, the Water,

the Earth, and everything natural that is on this earth

It s a funny thing though. We all get wrapped up in our own little worlds, and it is so

easy to lose sight of the big picture of our big, beautiful world.

There is obviously a strong bond between the wind and you, Anonymous, but I don‟t

think it is in the way that you are thinking

First understand there are things in the world, and the Universe, far bigger than

each and every one of us and bigger than the little worlds we create for ourselves.

I think (actually I am quite sure) that the opposite is happening. When the wind is

soft and light, its calm and gentle energy makes you feel happy and even wonderful!

And the connection is strong.

On the other hand, when the wind kicks up and gets stronger your mood changes and

you may become angry (sometimes without a reason).

It is important for you to explore ways you can use Magick to use the additional

energy that the Wind brings to you, and focus it on the things you want out of life.

I really hope that you find ways to use the winds powerful energies to help yourself,

and others.

QUESTION – DO YOU HAVE ANY SPELLS FOR LASTING FRIENDSHIP?

I keep making the wrong decisions about the people I choose to become friends with.

I want to meet some nice sincere people for true friendship and not people who use

me.

ANSWER

It is so true that good friends (TRUE friends) are

very hard to find in this world. And also, make sure

that when you find them, you hold them close to your

heart appreciate every day, every moment you spend

with them. Friendship is a delicate and beautiful

thing.

The truth is, I have some advice (as always ) and yes,

I have a something you can try Magickally to help. It

will open the doors of friendship in your future,

indeed.

First, it is important for you to open yourself to

receive friendship. At first, it should be a conscious

effort to look people in the eye whenever you have a

chance (as long as you don‟t STARE ) whether it s in

the mall, walking down the street, at the grocery

store, or anywhere else.

Opportunities to meet new people are around us

every day. Unfortunately, many of us are so caught

up in our own lives and problems, we miss a lot of

opportunities to meet wonderful people and we don‟t

even realize it.

So, first you must open your arms to people give

them a friendly hello when you normally wouldn‟t have

before. You‟ll be surprised by who you meet

Now, here is a special powder you can use to speed things up a bit to open doors of

friendship in your very near future.

Set up your altar as normal, and cast your protections:

As you sit in the light of your candles, grind the following up in your mortar and

pestle (or in a bowl with a spoon if you don‟t have a mortar and pestle):

Grind all of these things into a fine powder. While you do this, visualize the qualities

of your perfect friend. How will your friend makes you feel? What kinds of things will

Visualize these qualities until you can almost feel them. When you are done grinding

your ingredients, open your circle, thank your deities, and clean up your altar. Put the

powder in a safe place

Every time you plan on going out (into town, or anywhere where there will be other

people) rub just a little of this powder between your hands, and sprinkle a little bit on

your shirt You‟ll be amazed at who shows up

Hello Yoda! I must admit, this is a very hard question to answer. I definitely

understand your point of view though. I prefer to call them Poppets, and when used

properly, they can yield very powerful results.

That‟s why I have to back off a little bit and

not answer your question completely. You see,

Poppet Magick can be misused, and it can be

harmful to you, and the person you use it on

if you are not careful.

That s why I can‟t go into full detail about

how to make a poppet here, because I don‟t

know your experience level, your intentions,

or how you plan to use this knowledge. That‟s

what my private teachings are for.

But I will tell you some herbs you can use

that are effective in matters of the heart,

love spells, and even Poppets. But first, a

little something to think about.

Losing someone you Love brings an

inexplicable sadness. The more we Love, the

more we lose. And your heartfelt sadness is a universal emotion, shared by many.

People get broken hearts every day, and most recover and are better for the

experience. I would never advise anyone to attempt to influence someone to Love you,

who has made the decision to go on. Please think about what you desire, and then

think about if it isn‟t best to move on with your own life.

It may not seem like it yet, but there are wondrous things ahead of you but only if

you make the decision to move on for yourself you‟ll be happy to see what life has in

Magick with Poppets. It is a very touchy subject.

Like attracting, or winning, or coming into money. I was wondering about that. I have

been trying to think of ways that would help me out instead of living on a tight

budget, to have some luck to getting me to where I would like to be right now. Do you

have any spells that would give me the luck that I need to winning a lottery.

Wow, so ambitious! That‟s good, but casting a spell to win the lottery is quite a

stretch. I‟ll put it this way, if every Witch experienced in Magick use could cast a

spell to win the lottery we d have a bunch of Witchy millionaires running around.

But, of course there are a lot of different spells and rituals you can do to open the

doors of wealth and success in your life. But let me stress something.

It is possible that Money spells can hurt others around you. For example, let‟s say you

cast a spell for money, without really thinking about possible consequences. Shortly

after people that you love perish in some sort of accident, and you get the

inheritance or something like that. A morbid thought I know, but something that must

be considered.

That‟s why, at the end of each spell you cast, you should say „And it harm none‟. To

make sure that the results you desire will not hurt anyone else in accomplishing your

goals.

There are many people struggling with money

issues, and many ways to end the money

worries with Magick. Just make sure to let

about it, or wonder if it will work. Just know

that it will and then go about your life, and put

some effort into changing things for yourself

it helps me to get a better understanding of what to do or not do.

You said in your last newsletter that you must cast the spell and let it go. I

understand that. When, where and how will happen in its proper time.

But I heard that visualizing it as if it has been done helps the spell.

Like it is for a specific person you may be interested in visualizing the two of you

together like on a date or something. Or if it is a money or health you visualize

yourself with money or being in better health etc.

Or does that hinder the spells?

ANSWER

That is a GREAT question, and one that deserves a good response and I believe that

the answer already lies within your wonderful question.

You are so very correct. Visualization is one of the most important things whenever

you cast ANY spell. And it works best when done DURING the spell the more intense

your visualization of what you desire, the more Magick energy will charge the spell

and be released into the cosmos.

But be careful.

Continuing your visualizations after the spell is very close to dwelling on the results,

and can hinder your spells. You aren‟t letting the spell go if you are thinking about it

and visualizing the results. Don t. Visualize your desires as much as you can during the

spell, but let it go and fade from your mind AFTER you are done

QUESTION – I ’M BEGGING AND PLEADING WITH YOU TO HELP ME EVEN IF IT IS

I need a spell or ritual I can do to help me with money, to get rid of all the evil in my

The mistake that most people make when using money spells is being too vague. You

need to have a specific goal monetarily, so I suggest that the first thing you need to

do is get all of your bills together and work on specifically paying those. Afterward,

you can use prosperity spells to enable you to get a better job, or the education you

may need to get into a well paying career.

A very simple and effective spell that I have used in the past needs a green candle–

green being the symbol of prosperity and knowledge–and a copy of each bill. Some

practitioners recommend anointing the candle with patchouli oil, but I prefer

sandalwood. When performing any spell, you need absolute silence in order to

concentrate, so work your magick at a time when you are the least likely to be

disturbed. Create a sacred working space by drawing a protective circle around the

area in which you will be working; if you feel you are plagued by real evil, as indicated

in your correspondence, use salt to outline the circle, and burn white candles.

In the center of the sacred space burn your green candle and place each bill under

the candle separately. For each bill you wish to pay, recite „My income is ever

increasing‟ over and over until the words run together and you can no longer

differentiate each word as you say it. This is a form of meditation. Remember that

intent is 90% of magick, so make sure you ask for nothing for yourself that would

cause harm to another when you get it. You also must visualize the bills getting paid,

in as much detail as possible. Also, usually what keeps us from being successful

monetarily is our own ability to sabotage a good situation. A yellow pouch worn around

the neck with a hand drawn picture of an eye in it will help restore confidence.

You are successful with all your endeavors for your own higher good. So mote it be.

QUESTION – CAN YOU HELP ME TO PROTECT MY FAMILY?

I really want you to help me get some practical on how to protect myself and my

family, about love and how to help others solve their

problems, how to gain power to do magic and how to make a

Hello, Sa‟ad,

What you‟re asking takes a lifetime of practice; it is nothing

that you will be given the power to do overnight. True ability

to help other people is born of your own experiences, and true

empathy for the human race. Also know that should you

choose this path, you may not be able to choose whom you

help. It‟s kind of an all or nothing situation. No one, not even a

„good witch‟ can wave a magick wand and take away trials and

pain from the ones we love, no matter how much we want to. Also, it‟s not fair to

determine other people‟s paths for them. Whatever your loved ones are going

through, you must know, if you are a practitioner of the Earth magick, that we all

choose our own paths for whatever reason. What I can tell you about protection is

simple, though. For time out of mind, people of all cultures have drawn a protective

line across their doorways with salt. For personal protection, salt in a PURPLE bag

worn round the neck is a good start. It blocks people with ill intent from harming you,

but remember, you have to know it works. Not „believe‟, but „know‟ without a doubt.

It sounds as though you are choosing a noble path for the right reasons, which is an

excellent beginning. In a nutshell, continue to seek knowledge and hook up with

likeminded others. This is a task for which you‟ll need a mentor.

Q U I C K L Y . I desire the power to move things with my mind. Is it possible to do this

with Witchcraft, and can you teach me?

ANSWER:

Unless you were born with it there is no way to learn telekinesis quickly. The root of

all learning is patience. I know that sounds very Yoda, but it‟s the absolute truth.

However, you can begin to practice controlling your mind by moving the flickering

candle flame. I like to use green candles for this purpose because they symbolize

learning, but a yellow candle is good, too.

Light the candle and, holding your hand just above the flame – up high enough so that

it doesn‟t burn you – practice concentrating on making the candle flame taller shorter

flicker stand still. It has to be dark, quiet, and you have to be open to the fact that

you can do this. To really get good, you have to practice every night for as long as it

takes. When you get to where you can manipulate the candle flame, move on to moving

a glass across a sheet of paper, or trying to roll dice.

I‟ve never gotten them to the point where they actually roll, but I can move them a

few inches. It takes a LONG time to do this, and most people give up out of

impatience before ever reaching the point where they can do it.

Another nasty bit of truth, if you stop practicing and then pick it up where you left

off, it‟s a no go; you have to start all over with the candle flame again. With

telekinesis, it‟s use it or lose it.

QUESTION – I HAVE A FRIEND THAT I AM WORRIED ABOUT

I told her friends on how I feel and I know she is hurting herself, she‟s been through

counseling but that really didn‟t work for her.

And on top of that are friendship has not really been good since I moved. So I worry

about her a lot because she gets depressed a lot as well. Is there any way i can help

her out? I was also wondering if there is a spell to make a friendship stronger.

Hi Kristina, It‟s very obvious how much you are worried about your friend, so I‟d like

to help you on two separate levels. If your friend is hurting herself, (what does that

mean? Is she cutting herself, drinking too much? ) and you are in fear for her

physical health, you need to tell someone who can get her to a hospital, period. Worry

about helping her with magick later. The other part is harder, you see, with magick,

every true practitioner „agrees‟ to not force help on anyone who does not want it. This

was a hot topic in our coven for awhile. A good story about it is the one about the

Good Samaritan who helped the guy on the road to Damascus.

What if the leper was using that time to quietly heal his wounds himself? Who are we

to force what we think is right and fair on anyone? Maybe her path is destined to

take her on a journey that we see as depression. As hard as that is to swallow for

some of us, it‟s the truth.

The bottom line is, like a first aid responder, we have to ask the person if they want

our help first. Even if they are clutching at their throat, we have to look for a sign

that they‟ve said Yes. When you talk to her, and you must – there can be no secrets

with severe depression – and she allows you to help her by using magick, only then can

you use the spells that you can find in any of Scott Cunningham‟s books. I highly

recommend any of his writings for situations such as these.

I have a friend who is deeply, severely depressed and medicates himself with alcohol.

After over 20 years and trying everything I can think of, I have had to come to the

realization that this is his lot in life, and as much as it hurts me, his choice. My only

hope is to laugh with him as much as possible. Yes, he has given me permission to send

good thoughts his way, but he also doesn‟t believe that it will work, and since most of

magick is KNOWING that the spells are working, he is lost.

QUESTION – I WAS JUST WONDERING I F YOU CAN HELP ME BE A WITCH?

. I got some information but that really didn‟t help. How do I become a witch?

ANSWER

That is a very broad question. Since I do not know what point you are at with your

decision to become a witch, can I suggest that you consider a few things? The choice

to become a witch is very personal and no one should make the decision for you. Also,

keep in mind that there are many skeptics who will give you a hard time.

Unfortunately, there are probably skeptics among your friends and family. A passage

from Charge of the Goddess is a good indicator of whether Wicca is for you. If this

passage is meaningful, Wicca probably is for you. However, if it sounds like so much

gibberish, it probably isn‟t the right choice.

I have the perfect things for you and wanted to start by giving you the basic

information how to cast a spell.

First know your purpose and intent. In this case you want to become pregnant. It is

critical to learn how the phases of the moon can impact your magick. What kind of

spells should be cast during the waning or the waxing moon?

You need to learn what day of the week will affect your spell and the best time.

Here are some tips about the phases of the moon Waxing Moon – From 7 to 14 days

after the New Moon; Full Moon – From 14 to 17.5 days after the new Moon.

And the days of the week Monday – female fertility; Tuesday – breaking negativity,

courage, energy, strength; Thursday – male fertility; Friday – love, sexual matters,

marriage, romance; Saturday – life, new beginnings.

With these principles in mind here is a chant that will work for you.

A SPELL TO ASSIST A WOMAN TO CONCEIVE

Keep in mind that you must be patient with magick. Sometimes there isn‟t an

immediate result. Take a look at the phases of the moon and the days of the week.

Which phases and days are the best for the conception of a child? I saw quite a few

QUESTION – I AM HEARTBROKEN .

It has been 2 1/2 years now and I still miss him every day. I don‟t understand when

we are told to follow our hearts and yet when our hearts are broken the best thing is

to let go. This does not make sense to me. If you follow your heart how can you let

go? Is there spell that can help me let go of him?

ANSWER

First, understand this: Each old love will hold some place in your heart and mind, but

there is something better out there for you.

I want to give you the basics to cast a spell and then I will offer some suggestions

for you to try.

Keep in mind that sometimes magick is not instantaneous and you will have to do this

more than once.

A SPELL TO BREAK THE BONDS OF LOVE WORK

Within a circle, begin with this incantation to the Lady:

„Lady of power and of compassion, grant me compassion and your power, to loosen,

break and burn, these bonds upon him/her, and by releasing bless and bless and bless.‟

Repeat this chant three times or until you feel that the power has been given to you.

Then envision the person you wish to release and say:

‟Whenever you say the word „freed,‟ envision open skies. Whenever you say the word

„freely,‟ envision light surrounding the person you are releasing. Whenever you say

„broken,‟ break a length of white thread in the flame of a candle. This thread is to

symbolize the relationship bond. When you are done, chant:

If the bond is slight, no invocation to the Lady is needed, just alter the spell just so:

And then while breaking the thread, chant:

„I give you now, a new beginning, and a happiness. I give you ease and comfort, bless your ways. This is my will

A SPELL TO EASE A BROKEN HEART

You will need:

strawberry tea

small wand or stick from a willow tree

sea salt

two pink candles

a mirror

1 pink drawstring bag

1 quartz crystal, one copper penny

a special bowl made of china or crystal

1 teaspoon of dried jasmine

1 teaspoon of orris-root powder

1teaspoon of strawberry leaves

1 teaspoon of yarrow

10 drops of apple blossom oil or peach oil

10 drops of strawberry oil

Be sure to charge all these ingredients before

you begin.

On a Friday morning or evening, (the day sacred

to Venus) take a bath in sea salt in the light of a

pink candle. As you dry off and dress, sip the

strawberry tea. Use a dab of strawberry oil as

perfume or cologne. Groom yourself to look your

best.

Cast a circle with the willow wand around a table

of the other ingredients. Light the second pink

candle. Mix all oils and herbs in the bowl. While

you stir, look at yourself in the mirror and chant:

„Oh, Great Mother Goddess, enclose me in your loving arms, and nurture and bring

forth the Goddess within me.‟

Gaze deeply into the mirror after you have finished mixing the ingredients and chant:

„I represent the Great Goddess, Mother of all things. I shine in the light of the

Golden Wings of Isis. All that is great and loving only belongs to me.‟

Then put half the mixture in the pink bag, and add the penny and quartz. Carry it with

you always. Leave the other half of the potion in the bowl, out in a room where you

will smell the fragrance. Repeat this ritual every Friday, if necessary. A local health

food or new age store should have the items you need.

Hi Maher – put John the Conqueror root and a shiny dime minted as close to the

current year as possible in a green bag worn round the neck is a good lucky charm. If

you want to stop continued bad luck that has been following you around, write what

you believe to be the source of your bad luck on a piece of paper and stick it in one of

the ice cube trays in the freezer.

Here‟s a hint: the source of your bad luck has something to do with you, try not to put

the fault on anyone else, you want to „freeze‟ whatever part of your psyche believes

that you deserve bad luck. Most people who believe they are cursed in this way are

harboring feelings of guilt. Bad luck only has as much power as you give it. You might

also try telling yourself every morning in the mirror that you deserve good things to

happen for you. (Yes, it‟s an affirmation; you‟d be surprised how much magick has to

do with it.)

QUESTION – I AM LOOKING FOR A SPELL THAT WILL HELP ME OBTAIN A JOB .

But not just any job, a job that I can show off my

talent and skills. I am not looking to get rich, I am

looking to make enough money to support my son and

to save a little away for my old age, and of course

pay bills. Can you help me with that?

ANSWER

I agree with you about a job that will show off my

skills. I don‟t want to be rich either, but a satisfying

job is worth a lot as far as peace of mind and

personal fulfillment. A couple of spells are included

below which could help you on your search for the

job you want. Keep in mind that you will need to

repeat these spells. Magick is not always instant, but

requires effort and patience.

A SPELL FOR PROSPERITY IN THE WORKPLACE

An old European spell says that carrying kelp with you or washing floors with it draws

prosperity. Add these words to your efforts.

„By paper known, by fire relayed, power now waters the seeds I‟ve laid.

With this smoke my wishes rise. Show me where prosperity lies.‟ (Only

light the fire in a safe container.)

Fill in the request with a suitable term such as „clients‟, „leads‟, or „customers‟. This

spell also helps with job advancement. Keep the kelp or something green as an

element, but change the incantation for the situation:

FOR EXAMPLE

„Goddess, let my talents shine, where hard work and faith combine, this promotion will

be mine.‟

This spell can be used for finding work and to find peace with a work placement. It is

best cast when the Moon is in Virgo. Spring and Summer when foliage is lush and

green. Sunday afternoons. The month of April.

A PATCHOULI SPELL TO F IND A JOB

Find job advertisements that are interesting to you and that you are truly qualified

to perform. Take notes from them and anoint the newspaper with

patchouli oil. Place the paper in a heat-safe container and

ignite it as you say:

Keep the ashes as a charm,

or bury them with a blossoming plant so the energy grows. This

spell aids you in improving your employment prospects, but is not a replacement for

effort. It instills the most self-confidence when cast in Spring and Summer, with the

Moon in Virgo. Repeat the steps before interviews.

You can attempt to use chants as you go about your daily activities, but clearing your

mind and cleansing the space would seem necessary to get the desired effects.

Use salt and water, or incense, to cleanse spiritually and mentally, and rid yourself of

any thoughts or feelings that could interfere with our participation in the ritual.

Meditate together to feel secure and rooted to the earth. Remember we are all

connected.

S T E P 2 C A S T I N G A C I R C L E

Draw an imaginary circle where we are doing a ritual, creating a sacred space. Draw a

pentacle within the circle to let in the spirits and powers we will invoke.

One person walks the boundary of the Circle, clockwise, beginning in the North or in

the East. Use an athame to „draw‟ a pentacle in the four cardinal Directions and a line

to connect them, ending at the same point where she or he began, then walk to the

center of the Circle and point the athame towards the sky and then the ground.

All participants remain attentive and focused, using their own vision and imagination

to aid the process of encircling the space with a magical cord. Follow the traditional

words for casting the circle, each part spoken in the appropriate direction:

„By the Air that is Her breath,

By the Fire of her spirit,

By the Waters of Her living womb,

And by the Earth that is Her body.‟

In the center: „The Circle is cast and we are between the worlds.

The ritual has begun.‟

Once the Circle has been cast, participants enter (or leave) and „cut‟ themselves into

(or out of) the Circle by carefully opening a space to pass through and closing it after

they have crossed the boundary. This can be done by miming cutting out a door shape,

passing through a „door‟ as in a tent, or parting curtains. This prevents a „tear‟ in the

circle boundary which would disrupt the focus and dissipate the energy of the Circle.

The circle can be permeated by animals and young children who don t need cut to

enter or leave.

S T E P 3 C A L L I N G D I R E C T I O N S

Use words, song, chanting, and/or

movement, to call the powers of the

four directions, and the elements

associated with them. East air; South

fire; West water; North earth. In the

Center, we invoke the spirit.

S T E P 4 I N V O K I N G T H E D E I T Y

A deity is invoked to witness and assist

magical work, and to empower those

working the magic. Choose a deity who is

known for particular powers or qualities.

Often an invocation is composed in

advance, and it may be accomplished

with poetry, song, sounding or music of

any kind, movement or dance. One

person may take the role of invoking, or

all participants may do it together.

This is the heart of the ritual. We might try to heal ourselves, or something in the

world. We might try to raise energy and send it out into the world. We might seek

guidance, or power within ourselves. We might build a vision of a more peaceful world.

We might be very quiet, and meditative, or we might make a lot of noise. We might

sing, or dance, or make something out of sewing or other arts and crafts materials.

We might be very serious, and some of us might cry. Or we might be very joyous and

have a lot of fun, laughing and joking. We try to work in harmony with the forces of

nature. We might also harmonize our work with the seasons of the year, the phases

of the tides, etc.

S T E P 6 S H A R I N G F O O D & D R I N K

Sharing food and drink we bless something to eat and something to drink by

acknowledging them as gifts of the Goddess, and share them. This is sometimes called

„cakes and wine‟ or „cookies and juice.‟ As the food or drink is passed around the

circle, the giver may say to the recipient,

‘MAY YOU NE VE R HU NGE R , ’ AND ‘MAY Y OU NE VE R THIR S T . ’

S T E P 7 O P E N I N G T H E C I R C L E

At the end of a ritual, the participants thank the deities that were invoked, and then

the spirits of the Directions, this time going counterclockwise. Whoever invoked the

directions or deities, thanks and dismisses them. Then we imagine the circle we cast

being erased, dissolved, and unwrapped. Often, people say together:

„By the Earth that is Her body,

by the Waters of her living womb,

by the Fire of Her bright spirit,

and by the Air that is her breath,

the Circle is open, but unbroken;

may the peace of the Goddess stay in our hearts; merry meet, merry part, and merry

meet again.‟

Just a word of advice.

It‟s important that you not think too much about the spells you‟ve cast in this E-kit.

Don‟t worry about „when‟ or „how‟ you‟ll see the results. The Goddess is watching over

you, and the results will come when you least expect it.

If you‟re thinking too hard or too much about the spells you‟ve already cast, you‟ll

delay the results … and it‟s possible the results won‟t come at all.

Just go about your daily life, try some more spells, and know that your desires will all

come to bear if you let them.
