    The Secuvox Smart is an ISDN terminal adapter provided with securitysoftware and hardware. Version 1.04

    InstallationInstall the Secuvox Smart usin the supplied self!adhesive mountin studs.

    1. "onnect the 1#VD"$ round and earth connection.#. "onnect the networ% side of the ISDN!# line to &'!ISDN IN.'. Set dipswitch S1!# to (N to activate the )*D +s.4. Set dipswitch S1!4 accordin the connected ISDN type.,. Set dipswitch S1!1 to (n and wait for the reen )*D to liht up.-. Default the Secuvox Smart is not prorammed with an SN num/er

    and will respond to all incomin calls with a delay of #0 seconds. Int confiuration the Secuvox Smart will not respond if no SNnum/er is prorammed. To proram an SN num/er$ the SecuvoxSmart must receive a call to the desired SN num/er durin prorammode. The Secuvox Smart will answer the call with a tree!tone sinal.

    If an SN num/er is prorammed the Secuvox Smart will respond tothat num/er without delay$ in /oth t and t confiuration. t tconfiurations with multiple NT!1 it is not possi/le to use the incomincall.

    Dial procedureoint to ultipointThe Secuvox Smart will monitor the on hoo% and off hoo% status of the internal < interface. If the <

    interface oes off hoo% the Secuvox Smart sends the 4,0 => dial tone to the < interface. The dialinformation send over the < interface /y the alarmpanel will /e stored into the Secuvox Smart$ whenno new dial information is received after an interdiit time of 1000 mS$ the Secuvox Smart will reardthis as the complete num/er. The Secuvox Smart now starts to setup the connection over the ISDNnetwor%. If the ISDN networ% is not respondin correctly to the setup it will redial automatically. If thecallin party is /usy the Secuvox Smart transmits a /usy sinal to the < interface. If /oth
