4. ¼” diameter holes are drilled in the cen-ter line and 1-2 inches away from the open edgesBuffers were tied to the top coil on both end with included zip ties
1. Vehicle height before install the buffers and blocks. 7.25”
7. Buffers were tied on top of the coil and Rubber Block Booster RB2-15-125 is also installed underneath the buffers.
3. Based on the measurement, we can only choose Size B+, H2=1.3”. Size A H2 = 1.85 cannot fit into the springs.
5. Customer want more lift on his car, so Rubber Block Boosters are installed with the buffer. RB2-15-125 blocks were chose to install underneath the opening of the buffers on 1.5” side RB2-15-125 can install on gap, 2”, 1.5” and 1.25”
6. The rear coil spring gap D of the car is around 1.8”. CSBPro-BP Size B+ of the pro series was chose
2. Measure the front coil spring gap D of the car. 1.75”. Customer want firmer and more lift on the car, so CSBPro series was choosen
8. For the best result, Rubber Block was installed in between two open edges of the buffers.
9. The vehicle ground clearance was measured 8.2” after installation. There is around 1” lift for this combination of RubberShox DuraTPE buffers and Rubber Block Boosters
