It is a hidden world a hidden garden.

This inspired a hidden imagery blurred into the felt and then the sharp image applied on top.





Then the Rains Came

Taking inspirat ion from how the landscape changed within minutes as water flowed down the ravines and cracks in the steep hillsides throwing up huge crescendo’s of foam toppped water racing along as if every second counted to reach the river.





Women The shape of women and the vibrancy and joy women bring to society is echoed in this jacket.

FORMThe form of women and the part they play in society is echoed in this jacket and the maze within which women live trying always to be out of one part and into another .

This jacket was inspire bay a dragonfly I photographed coming from my wildlife pond and just sitting on the bamboo.

She was so perfect and neat and busy.

Using deconstructed screenprinting and also prefelt shapes on reverse we can turn the Vienna design into a summer piece of wearable art.





WILD CREATURES

WILD FELT Using fresh fibre straight from the clip

And adding to this the fibers which will suit.

The Drenthe sheep was used here with mountain sheep and lined with merino in green.

This garment is incredibly warm





INSPIRED BY CERAMICS

Then used as fastening for the jacket

Soft line and gentle coloring inspired the Vienna jacket here leaving the collar on this one high used deconstructed process.

SAME JACKET INSPIRED BY THE LANDSCAPE Taking the same design Vienna and using differing mater ials gauze dyed in vibrant colours to enhance the f e l t and m im ic t he b r i g h t n e s s o f t h e surroundings after the storm.
