see the end game

There is of course an area of overlapNo Leader/CIO can manage without doing both so need to maximise the area of overlap

So how do you do change/IT? Everybody is an expert

Focus on the business not the change/digital/IT costsBusiness value can be difficult to measure

Be persuasive Use your convictions to challenge to challenge the organisation overcome resistance

Champion your cause

Understand the Business StrategyIts not about technology but you need an understanding including

trendsThose who are best focus on the value of change/IT and the how it is

used.IT/digital enables
