Watercress is an exciting new project headed up by Pablo Fourcard & Jordie Strybos. The brains behind the business have descended the spiral staircase offering creativity and originality. The café draws from its local surroundings but doesn’t rely on them. It’s both old and new in a wonderfully Balinese fashion, running with the blazing theme of “living food” tonic, cold-pressed juice, smoothies, mad bakers corner & famous lunch display. Dive into a multi colored world of elixirs and edible delights for breakfast, lunch & dinner!

designers, photographers, make up artists and stylists throughout the fast developing country of Indonesia.

Through detailed research observation and interest in Indonesian handicrafts, techniques and materials, founder Eberhard Dischinger and his Prodigy Johnny Widiana, learnt from the locals yet developed styles, methods and systems that were different. It all began with first attempts at developing accessories with a small group of friends in their home. A year later their first orders were placed culminating in the creation of the 7Pers brand in 2007.

Eberhard passed on peacefully in early of 2010, but his spirit and design philosophies live on through Johnny and TJ Concept. Saddened by the loss of his greatest friend, Johnny tributes the 7Pers brand to Eberhard and starts TJ Concept as a total expression of this entire journey of life n death. It is representing rebirth, new beginnings and hope.

The new name brings empowered spirit to each collection. Modern and highly fashionable yet deeply rooted in the tradition and techniques of ancient cultures. Each Hand skilled piece is exclusively distinctive and carefully hand crafted to the highest of quality standards at their very own factory.
