Live Well and Be Well
What Virtual MAC Offerings Do You Want to Keep?
As we begin to consider re-opening the MAC facilities, we will transition from virtual offerings to in-person programs, classes and activities that were
previously available to members. We are aware that during the COVID-19 period, we may have opened new possibilities and wellness opportunities
that you’d like to see continue when fitness facilities are fully operating again. In order to plan accordingly, we need your input.
Please take a few moments and consider the virtual MAC offerings you are currently using, the regular MAC offerings you normally utilize and how you
would realistically implement both into your schedule. Complete the enclosed notice and return by June 7th.
Wellness Tip of the Day
Live well and be well this month when you implement simple wellness initiatives in your everyday life! It’s practically effortless—all you
have to do is look at your June Activity Tracker for the wellness tip of the day and give it a try! Mark the wellness tips
as you try them. Do you think you can complete at least 3 a week?
