Dear Dr. Flores:
We are level IV NCN nursing students of Family Clinic Colleges, conducting a research on the “Quality of Nursing Care as Perceived by Ward Nurses and Patients”. We would like to ask for your permission to gather data for our research from the nurses and patients of the Dr. Jose M. Fabella Hospital.
We hope for your favorable response to this request. Results of the research, a copy of which we shall provide you with, should surely prove valuable for the hospital and for us. Your assistance indeed will be of great help to us.
Thank you. Truly yours,
