CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION August 2018

To apply INPEX Scholarship Foundation, the following conditions are required:

(1) Indonesian nationality (2) Less than 30 years of age at the time of submitting the

application (3) Having Sarjana degree [graduated] with at least 16 years

of school education, or equivalent academic background (4) Graduated from Natural Science [IPA] (5) GPA: more than 3.0 (6) In a good health

INPEX Scholarship Foundation

SUPPORT FROM FOUNDATION August 2018

The following support is provided by INPEX Scholarship Foundation:

(1) Fee to study Japanese language in Indonesia, for approximately 6 months before departure to Japan.

(2) School expenses in Japan [entrance examination, entrance fee, tuition fee, etc.] - paid directly to the University by the Foundation.

(3) Monthly award of Yen160,000 for living cost [including lodging, medical, transportation fee, books, etc.], starting from the date of acceptance of the student, and will end 30 days after completion of study/research, or until leaving Japan for Indonesia (Maximum duration 2 years and 8 months).

(4) Air ticket Jakarta-Tokyo-Jakarta [one time only, economy class] (5) Foundation will assist in seeking the accommodation in Japan.

Absence accepted by Foundation, during grant period:

(1) Total up to 21 days per year after having passed the entrance examination to the master's course

(2) Absence in excess of 21 days per year will result in monthly award deduction.
