INTRODUCTION Teacher enters the class room and interacts friendly with the pupil then she play a song ‘kuttanadan punjayile kochu penne kuyilale
kottuvenam kuzhalvenam kurava venam’ by using her laptop. Later she asks the pupil the following question Can you say which place portrayed in this song? Later she enters into the topic Activity 1 Teacher shows a picture of kuttanad through OHP. Later she
explains that alappuzha like Venice like full of canals and back
waters so kuttanad is known as Venice of the East and
consolidates.
ACTIVITY 2
Teacher shows the pictures of Mountain valleys and seashores
Pupil hearing Kuttanad Pupil watches curiously. Pupil listens carefully.
Pupil watches
through the OHP. Later explains that it attracts the tourists and
consolidates the activity.
Activity 3
Teacher shows a video of kuttanad through OHP. It contains
travel through back waters by house boats. Then teacher
consolidates the activity that house boats are the major
attractions in kuttanad .
