Mark graduated from University with double Honours in Economics and Finance. Cutting his
negotiation and decision making teeth in investment banking at a fast paced London firm gave
Mark a solid foundation for his next step, returning to South Africa to start up a wholesale diamond
trading business.
This business grew rapidly and following the sale of this business to a multi-national conglomerate,
Mark founded the Fiveplus Group and developed the dynamic workshops and innovative training
