What Exactly Is The EAS System?The EAS System is a patented set of accessories specifically designed to enable a trained dental specialist to create an abutment that is effective and efficient in design for difficult implant cases. Having full control over angulation assists in addressing parallelism issues.

How Does The EAS System Help With Difficult Angulation Cases?The EAS System’s spherical mounting base allows quick, accurate and easy positioning of the casting cylinder to ensure that the final cast abutment is angled exactly as required to achieve perfect parallelism in difficult cases. The

specialist has unlimited positioning options, from 1 to 20 degrees. Once cast, the mounting base then can be easily reversed threaded onto the transmucosal collar which has been secured to the implant body with the fixation screw.

How Does The EAS SystemPrevent Screw Loosening?The patented design of the EAS System has a left and right handed thread configuration that creates a counter-rotational feature. This counter-rotational feature is enhanced when the mounting base with its final cast abutment engages the transmucosal collar providing a cap of the fixation screw, preventing it from moving.

How Is Regular MaintenanceOr A Repair Easier With The EAS System?All components of the EAS System are designed to be easily removed. Because the fixation screw doesn’t interfere with the restoration, and remains easily accessible under the mounting base, the components are easily taken apart during routine dental visits. Using recommended medical silicon gel further aids in healthy implant maintenance.

Is There A Time Saver From Using The EAS System?With superior control over angulation, ease in achieving parallelism, easy screw retention which does not interfere with case design, one can focus on providing superior aesthetic results for their clients in less time. Over the lifetime of the case, easy retrievability and repair simplifies any future maintenance.

Who Designed The EAS System And Why?Every implant company offers abutments. The EAS System, however, was specifically designed and patented by an experienced dental technician so he

could provide superior service to his customers, regardless of implant manufacturer. He wanted a system unlike any other; one which could increase his lab efficiencies without sacrificing the quality and perfection of the end product. Having experienced the time consuming and limiting factors when designing difficult cases, he felt there had to be a better abutment.

Finding none suitable in the marketplace and drawing on his personal experience of the deficiencies which needed to be addressed, he dedicated many years of research to developing, testing and designing the EAS System. He kept it simple to use so even the most difficult angulation cases are no longer an intimidating and time consuming challenge. Parallelism is easily achieved for multiple cases. For compatibility, the dental accessories have been designed to fit the most popular systems in the marketplace.

What Do You Feel Are The Most Compelling Features About The EAS System?While dental implants have been used successfully for decades, the majority of innovations have been focused on improvements to the implant body. In comparison, dental abutments and the accessories used to make them have seen few significant improvements and many of the problems surrounding them have remained unaddressed. Significant labour and lab time is still spent on placing and modifying abutments in complex restorations. Custom case abutments still have issues with poor screw placement and loosening. The ability to cast our accessories to create parallel-aligned abutments, combined with our unique counter-rotational design feature, secure placement of the fixation screw to avoid unsightly placement issues, plus ease of maintenance and repairs addresses these challenges. Return PolicyContact Customer Service at 1-800-291-0425 if there is a problem with your order. In all cases, shipping charges are final and non-refundable, and returns require authorization from Preferred Dental Implant Corp to be processed. Return shipping is always the responsibility of the customer and the returned product must be enclosed in safe, protective packaging such as a padded envelope or box. Returns must have the manufacturers’ seal intact and must be authorized within 30 (thirty) days of the invoice date. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

WarrantyPreferred Dental Implant Corp (PDIC) warrants that all reasonable care has been taken in the choice of materials, manufacturing, and packaging of our products. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If a defect is found, do not use the item, and immediately notify PDIC. A replacement item will be delivered at no additional charge, if a detailed complaint noting the lot number has been filed with PDIC. No agent, employee or representative of PDIC has any authority to bind PDIC to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning its products and any such representation or warranty shall not be enforceable by the buyer. Liability under this warranty is limited to replacing any product which shall appear to PDIC to have been defective in material, manufacture, or packaging.

Damage to any PDIC product through misuse, neglect or failure to follow recommended Instructions for Use or modification by the buyer voids the warranty.

Product replacement under this warranty shall be performed by contacting PDIC at 1-800-291-0425.
