Presentation Guideline

Powerpoint - maximum 11 slides including Title Slide

Not more than 10 lines per slide

Presentation for 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Presentations

will be organized once a month and the dates intimated to the presenter.

The content should be designed to give details of each of the below:

the problem or the opportunity the idea will address

the process / timelines / resource requirements for implementation

Quantify the impact of implementing the idea in terms of a measurable benefit (cost,

revenue, process efficiency)

Support for this process may be taken from theManager or a Mentor may be assigned to review

and guide this detailing process

Presentation Sessions will be organized once

every Month and the dates intimated to the

presenter.

Evaluation Panel will comprise of a Core group

which will change every quarter.

Core group may invite others to participate on a

need basis

EVALUATION CRITERIA

Based on the evaluation of the final presentation, ideas may be acceptedor rejected.

All accepted ideas will be taken up for implementation. A list of acceptedideas will feature

Ideally, you will receive acommunication confirming the resultwithin a month of submission of the

final presentation.
