Our in-house control panel manufacturing capabilities help us provide complete solution to clients. Through our 5000 sq. ft manufacturing facility that is operated by skilled technicians and wiremen , we are able to take better control of the overall process as well as ensure quality of the final product. We have been successfully helping our clients to save their time as the need for coordinating with manufacturers and integrators is eliminated. As all functions of control panel manufacturing are in house we reduce the overall turnaround time for delivery without compromising on the quality.

3. Human Machine Interface (HMI) Design Our team is well trained and updated on the latest

trends and developments in HMI design. That is why you can count on us to give the utmost priority to safety and efficiency while designing an interface that your team will be comfortable with.

4. Installation and onsite commissioning We optimize our well spread network and

professionally managed team to ensure that all installations are done with the least amount of interruption. We have a strong national network and a support team that works 24x7 to ensure that the installations are completed on schedule.

5. Annual Maintenance Contracts Our annual contracts include scheduled

inspections to maintain your equipment at peak efficiency. While Pinnacle is always on-call in the event of an emergency, we have trained engineers to take care of any such event.

6. Troubleshooting, on-site support & repair We provide free trouble shooting for our customers

on phone during business as well as extended hours for emergencies. We have trained engineers who provide on-site services for software and hardware issues. Our technical knowledge staff can also provide advanced guidance and support to customers for start up assistance.

We have in house repair team to give service to our clients for component level repairs. This kind of service ensures minimum breakdown time as well as cheaper costs for our customers.

7. Retrofitting We provide excellent support to our customers to

upgrade from their legacy systems to newer more advanced automation systems. Our expertise for retrofitting helps customers to upgrade to newer systems with minimum downtime for their production. Our domain expertise also helps during this phase to anticipate any urgent issues to be resolved.
