Overview:Rohitra India Private Limited (RIPL) was incorporated on the 9th of April 2018. RIPL deals in Manufacturing and Maintenance of various types of transformers. RIPL caters to the widest spectrum of Transformer applications. From general-purpose requirements for the commercial, industrial, and utility customers to designing for unique conditions.We “custom design” transformers to provide unparalleled performance for every application.We have ISI, NABCB and ICS certification. Presently, we manufacture energy efficient BIS 1180 Transformers up to 2500 KVA and extended capacity up to 10 MVA.

From procurement of raw materials and components / assemblies to every aspect of manufacturing, supply and service, rigorous inspections and thorough quality checks are carried out. We also get our products type-tested from recognized government laboratories.

Infrastructure:The RIPL manufacturing facilities are located in Pune’s largest industrial belt - MIDC, Bhosari and also at Sanaswadi.The fully integrated facilities, spread over 8698 sq.ft. at Bhosari and spread over 6500 sq.ft at Sanaswadi, have all in-house facilities.

n 5 + 3 ton (Bhosari), 10 ton (Sanaswadi) for material handling EOT Crane.

n Oil Filtration Plant with 1250 ltr./hr. capacity.

n Core Cutting.

n Facility for Disc, Helical and Crossover Winding.

n Insulation Cutting.

n In-house Fabrication facility.

Design:Designs have been standardised up to 10 MVA, 33 KV as per IS (2026 & 1180) reference standard. The experience of the Design Team at RIPL ensures optimum product efficiency, top product quality and strict compliance with required specifications.

We can also cater to non-standard job requirements within the prescribed range.

Approvals:n RIPL products are type-tested at recognized Institutes

like ERDA and are approved by respective Regulatory Boards.
