Greetings,
We have seen great performance at perhaps an unprecedented level under
the big umbrella of Poornima Foundation. Although Poornima University is at
its growing stage however, it follows the same tradition of great performance
of our renowned foundation.
We believe that no university can succeed unless it has all disciplines taught
to students as they find it easy to interact with scientists, researchers and
teachers across disciplines to know how the world is progressing in the present
knowledge boom. Within a short span of time, Poornima University has
imbibed this culture and students are involved in all of its activities with
enthusiasm & a participatory approach which is rarely found in universities.
Poornima University values continuous improvement of teaching and
learning and the use of innovative practices. We utilize our years of experience
in education and feel commitment to deliver the highest quality education,
both efficiently and reliably. This has greatly increased the confidence and
satisfaction of all the stakeholders.
Inclusive of this, the hostel facilities in the University premises are provided
with utmost care and attention so that the students feel secure and at ease.
Upon the completion of their tenure at our institutions, students
metamorphose into competent professionals. They are moulded in a way so
as to have great careers, thus achieving remarkable success as professionals.

To design is to communicate clearly by whatever means you can control or master.
With the enriched heritage in arts, architecture, culture and tradition of Rajasthan “Design” today has become a need of every human for its being; it has come a long way in India since the past two decades. Given the vibrant economy and dynamic market forces, the industry is bound to grow exponentially. The scope of design has widened its avenues.
With a strong legacy in education for Civil and Architectural studies, The School of Design is an extension to the quality education that Poornima Foundation has been imparting in the past.
SOD’s culture encourages thinking, questioning and experimenting to harness the artistic and intellectual potential of each individual and place the institution at the leading edge of contemporary art and design discourse. A multi-disciplinary approach inculcates self-initiated learning and independent thinking and expands perceptual perspectives. Regular interaction with design studios, production and distribution centers and industry forms a vital bridge between design school and the Industry.
The courses are so designed to develop the learner’s worldview understanding and the socio-cultural context of Design.
