Starting on an entrepreneurial project is like preparing oneself for an expedition, one does not leave anything to chance.

You must master all the parameters of the project, paying attention to the smallest details. They often are critical to the success of the project. One should also be persistent and stay positive in times of doubt. Perseverance is the main quality of the entrepreneur. One has to believe in his/her chances and stay focused whatever the difficulties or opinions of people are.

Finally, one has to try to surround him/herself well and choose his/her team by removing the negative people in his/her circle.

I am honored that INJAZ Al-Maghrib chose me to represent the Association as an Ambassador; INJAZ has, as per today, trained over 30,000 young people, the Association has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years and covers all the regions of Morocco. As INJAZ Ambassador, I share my experience with young people in middle schools, high schools and universities; I also try to convince as many executives as possible to become INJAZ Al-Maghrib volunteers. Being a volunteer is very rewarding because he/she gets to witness the positive impact he/she has on youth very fast.

3 QUESTIONS to... Nacer IBN ABDELJALIL, First Moroccan to have climbed the Mount Everest and volunteer Ambassador of INJAZ

1 Tell us about your experience as anAmbassador of INJAZ? What are the lessons you may have learned from this experience?

After climbing the Mount Everest, I challenged myself once again for April 2015. I'm going to conquer the North Pole. I hope that this expedition will inspire many young Moroccans to excel and remind them that everything is possible in life with a good dose of perseverance!

The last words: new challenges?

Our regions stand !

Thursday, March 12th, Mr. Nahya, AREF Director in Kenitra, visited Abderrahmane Nacer and Ibnou Al Haythem high schools, aiming classes benefiting from Company Program, to encourage young people in the management and creation of their respective junior companies.

You have climbed the highest mountain on Earth and successfully met the challenges that you had set for yourself, what would be the advice you could give young people who take these courses??
