KESTON PARK

I would use this area to film a section involving one of the

characters who is wealthier than the others

This would be to emphasise this characters wealth, particularly

above the other characters (mise en scene)

This could be used to show contrasts in lifestyles amongst the

characters

AN OFFICE

I need to use an office for one section to show the principle telling off

students, I want this office to be seen as the principles office and so need

it to look fairly professional

However, considering the short amount of time I have to film this and

limited availability of my actors I may have to compromise certain aspects

Therefore I have provided myself with two options, one would be to

film in the media office at school, another would be to film in my own

personal office from home

WAREHOUSE/YARD

For a part of my trailer I am showing a girl working in a yard as a

mechanic – this is to show she is working class and will contrast

against other parts of the trailer

I shall be using a warehouse located in Sydenham to show how this

is in a less wealthy area to other parts and show will illuminate

differences within classes

ALLEY WAY

For one section I need to film one of the characters down a dark

alley to demonstrate isolation and secrecy

I am considering using an alley in Bickley as I have easy access to

this and believe it would appear appropriate for the character

This alley will only be used for a short duration of the trailer

THEATRE

Possibly Fairfields or one in Lewisham

This will be used in the form of an establishing shot in order to set

the scene so that the audience understand what is going on

This will be used towards the end of the trailer to represent them

about to perform the final show

REHEARSAL AREA

Possibly in a loft that’s supposedly at one of their houses to show

them performing outside of school

In the school dance or drama studio located at my school

Within the school hall at school

Finding these areas and ensuring everybody is available for filming

and able to get there is proving difficult and so this may be subject to

change
