Modelo P8: el estndar

El modelo P8 se caracteriza por su gran versatilidadal adaptarse a la produccin de cualquier tipo de cultivoy superficie, tanto ornamental como comestible.

Sus amplios espacios interiores difanos permitentrabajar con comodidad y aprovechar al mximo lasuperficie de cultivo. Las canales de desage permitenuna fcil circulacin por ellas para realizar elmantenimiento de las cubiertas del techo.

Los modelos P8 de invernadero decubierta curva que disponemos son el P8x4

y el P8x5, de dimensiones estndar de 8 mde ancho por cada nave y mltiplos de 4 m(mdulo 4) 5 m (modulo 5) de longitud.Existe la posibilidad de fabricarlos con 640m (P640), 740 m (P740), 9 m (P9)y 10 m(P10) de anchura.

En el mdulo 5 los pilares exteriores seencuentran separados 2,5 y los interiores 5m. En el mdulo 4 la separacin es 2 y 4 mrespectivamente.

La altura bajo canal es desde los 3 m.hasta los 5 m., o incluso ms, segn lasnecesidades del cliente. En funcin de ella, la

altura en cumbrera oscila entre los 4,6 m delP8 y los 7,2 m del P10.

Modelo P8: the standard

Model P8 is characterized by its great versatilityadapting itself to any surface and any crop production,both ornamental and edible.

It is very roomy and diaphanous, so that workingis much easier and you can profit fully the crop surface.Gutters allow an easy maintenance of the roofs.

We have Greenhouse model P8 with abend roof: P8x4 and P8x5, standard dimensionsof 8 m wide for every space and multiples of4 m (module 4) or 5 m (module 5) large. Theycan be made with 640m (P640), 740 m(P740), 9 m (P9) and 10 m (P10) width.

For the module 5, the exterior posts areseparated 2,5m and the inner posts 5m. Inmodule 4, the exterior posts are separated 2mand the inside posts 4m.

The height under the gutter is from 3 mto 5 m, or more, according to the customer.Depending on it, the height with the ridge cap

rgidas de PVC o policarbonato, en funcin de las necesidadesde cultivo. La sujecin del flim EVA y de las mallas se realizamediante perfiles tubulares de polietileno y pequeas grapas deacero inoxidable, que facilitan una rpida colocacin y posterioressustituciones del material de cubierta. Las placas de PVC opolicarbonato se sujetan directamente a la estructura mediante

tornillera. Tambin existe la posibilidad de instalar chapa metlicaprelacada para la creacin de una zona de almacn.

The roof can be flexible three-layer plastic film EVA, rigidPVC or polycarbonate panels, depending on the crop needs. Thefixing system of EVA film and the meshes is made with tubular

polyethylene profiles and small stainless steel staples whichfacilitates a fast placing and later substitutions of the roof

material. The PVC or polycarbonate panels are screwed directlyto the structure. Also, it is possible to set up coloured polished

metal sheet to create a warehouse area.

La ventilacin ms usual es la ventilacin cenital, instaladaen el techo del invernadero, accionada por cremalleras cada 2 2,5 m, segn se trate de mdulo 4 mdulo 5, que puedeautomatizarse mediante la incorporacin de un motorreductory nuestra centralita de control climtico ININSACLIM. Otrotipo es la ventilacin enrollable instalada en los laterales y/o enlos frontales del invernadero y con posibilidad de motorizarsey automatizarse de igual forma que la descrita anteriormente.

The most usual ventilation is the zenithal ventilation, set upin the roof of the greenhouse. It works with racks each 2m (module

4) or 2,5 m (module 5). It can work automatically adding a gearmotor and our switchboard of climatic control, ININSACLIM.Another type of ventilation is the roll up ventilation, set up in thelateral sides and/or the frontals ones of the greenhouses. It canwork automatically as the previous one.

GOTICOModelo P960: el gtico

El modelo P960, denominado gtico, sediferencia del modelo P8 por poseer unacubierta curva ligeramente apuntada en supunto ms alto, por una mayor altura encumbrera y por tener ventilacin cenital simpleo doble.

Modelo P9' 60: the gothic

The model P960, called gothic, differs frommodel P8 by having a bend covering lightly

pointed in its summit, having a higher ridgecap and having simple or double zenithalventilation.

9Modelo PW: el invernadero de vidrio

El modelo de invernadero tipo capilla con cubierta plana a dosaguas es el modelo PW.

El modelo estndar tiene 1280 m de anchura y separacin depilares de 4 m. Tambin existe la posibilidad de fabricar el PW con

anchura de 960 m y 15 m.

La altura bajo canal puede ser desde los 3 m a los 4,5 m, o inclusoms, segn las necesidades especficas del clliente. Por su parte, laaltura en cumbrera oscila entre los 5,75 m y los 7,9 m en funcinde la anchura y la altura bajo canal del invernadero elegido.

La ventilacin cenital a una o dos vertientes es la msfrecuente en este modelo, aunque tambin puedeinstalarse ventilacin por guillot ina o abatible en loslaterales y frontales del invernadero. Al igual que enlos modelos anteriores, sta puede motorizarse yautomatizarse mediante la incorporacin de unmotorreductor controlado por la centralita de controlclimtico ININSACLIM, con sus correspondientes sondasde medicin.

El material de cubierta es el vidrio, sujeto a la estructura medianteperfilera de aluminio con junta de estanqueidad. Al igual que en el P8tambin puede crearse una zona de almacn mediante el recubrimientocon chapas metlicas prelacadas.

PWCAPILLA

Model PW: the gl ass greenhouse.

The greenhouse chapel with gable roof is model PW.

The standard model is 12,80 m wide and the posts are separatedevery 4 m. PW can also be made with 9,60 m and 15 m wide.

The height under the gutter is from 3 m to 4,5 m, or even more,according to the customers needs. The height with the ridge cap rangesbetween 5,75 m and 7,9 m, depending on the width and the height ofthe chosen greenhouse.

The roof is made of glass, subject to the structure with aluminiumprofiling with joint seal. Like in the P8, it can be set up a warehouse areawith coloured polished metal sheets. The one or two slopes zenithalventilation is the most frequent for this model. A guillotine or a foldingventilation can be installed too, in the lateral or frontal sides of the

greenhouse.

Like in the previous models, this one can automatically adding agear motor controlled by the switchboard of climatic control ININSACLIM,with its climate sensors.

El modelo P8 con cubierta de malla tambin cumple lasfunciones de umbrculo, con la particularidad de la facilidad de

reconversin a invernadero de cultivo nicamente mediante elcambio de cubierta a plstico flexible e incluso rgido, conposibilidad de instalar ventilacin sin necesidad de modificar laestructura. Adems, el modelo T4x4 es fcilmente convertible aP8 mediante la instalacin de pilares y arcos cada 2 m, hechoque destaca la versatilidad de los productos ININSA.

The P8 model with net covering also acts as a lath house, butit is also convertible into a crop greenhouse only by changing the

cover for a flexible and even rigid plastic one. It is also possibleto install ventilation system without modifying the structure. Inaddition, the T4x4 model is easily convertible into a P8 addingposts and arches each 2 m,a good example of the ININSA productsversatility.

La malla de sombreo, monofilamento o trmica puederecubrir por completo la estructura o nicamente el techo, segnlas necesidades del cliente.

Lath houses are formed by a T flat roof structure and the P8model with flexible mesh coverings. Model T is characterized byhaving a flat roof, with posts each 4 m (T4x4) or 5 m (T5x5),frontally and laterally. The height of the posts depends on thekind of crop to protect and ranges between 3 m of standard height

and 7 m that can achieve to grow palm trees.

The shade, monofilament or thermal net can cover completelythe structure or only the roof, according to the customers needs.
