Title: $1000 Provable Income Cash Advances: Should You Take The Opportunity? Word Count: 297 Summary: Cash advances are a nice and quick way to acquire that much needed cash in a jiffy. But since the rate of interest is on the higher side, it's best to take up a loan from a loan firm, if possible. Keywords: Fax Payday Loan, Hour Payday Loan, Instant Payday Loan, No Fax Payday Loan, Online Payday Loan, Payday Advance Loan, Payday Loan Software, Payday Loan Stores, Payday Loan Article Body: Many finance firms are wiling to offer a sum of $1000 to those in need, provided the beneficiary has a provable source of income and agrees to repay the amount as per the firm’s outlined repayment schedule. However, needless to say that you would end up repaying more than you acquire from the cash advance firm. This is because the cash advance firm is likely to charge an interest on such credit lending. Getting hold of a $1000 cash advance won’t be a cinch by any means. You would have to carry out a preliminary research of reputable cash advance firms willing to lend $1000. Though it’s easy to find cash advance of around $250 to $500, you might have to shop around a bit in order to bag $1000. It is recommended to keep several options open during your quest for a cash advance. This way, if one cash advance firm leaves you high and dry, you could easily switch to another. Sums of $1000 and below are considered trifling amounts by bigger loan firms’ standards. Therefore, it is highly unlikely to acquire a $1000 loan from a loan firm. However, cash advance firms are a viable option for people in urgent need of around $1000. Cash advance firms would gladly approve your application, provided you have a provable income source. But, cash advance companies normally charge a higher rate of interest relative to bigger loan firms. All in all, cash advance is a nice and quick way to acquire that much needed cash in a jiffy. But since the rate of interest is on the higher side, it’s best to take up a loan from a loan firm, if possible. In general, you should turn to a cash advance firm only when you have no other means

of acquiring cash.

'Help The Court Has Seized My Assets' - Garnishment In Law And Practice

Article Body:

A court order that seizes assets from the defendant to pay off a debt is known as

Garnishment. One form of garnishment is automatic withholding of the debtor’s wages.

When a creditor fails to satisfy the debt taken, the court can issue a garnishment against

him. When the creditor petitions the court to send a portion of its pay to satisfy the debt

then this step is taken.

The garnishment law differs from state to state and varies in details also. Generally, the

TVA is required to take over 25% of an employee’s disposable earnings or assets,

thereafter sending that amount to court. The pay of an employee can be under

garnishment until the complete of the debt has been collected.

This situation arises when we fail to pay taxes, skip out on child support or overlook

some bills. Under these circumstances the state government or the creditor can seize our

wages as well. This process is known as Wage garnishment. Most garnishment requires

court orders and employers are supposed to notify the creditor before any step is taken.

But garnishment is the last option for which a government goes for. It is taken up only

after all other options have exhausted.

Page 4: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

One should never ignore IRS because due to ignorance there are chances of increase in

garnishment, as they know our work place, living place and even the bank account. The

loans or the help provided by the government are of many types such as student loan for

education, business loan, child support, and etc. To collect the loans back, IRS is not

alone but the state government, private creditors, or even an ex-spouse demanding the

alimony can also demand garnishment of our pay. To claim the garnishment, only

different branches of the government do not need to take court orders, other than every

other agency needs to obtain a court order to claim the garnishment.

Losing the income is not easy but there are some limits for garnishment. Title III of the

Consumer Credit Protection Act caps the amount of wages that can be taken from an

employee. In this manner, the person is also left with some part of the income as well as

the creditor is also paid up. This also prevents the creditor to speed up the debt recovery

procedure and harass the debtor.

The level of garnishment is based on the disposable earnings of the employee. This

amount comes after deducting the legal deductions of federal state and local taxes, social

security, unemployment, insurance and state employee retirement system. Things that do

not come in the head of voluntary deductions are union dues, health and life insurance,

charity, purchase of savings bonds and payment for payroll advance. After taking all the

preventative measures, the disposable income amount is calculated the maximum amount

that can be garnished in any pay period should not exceed more than 25% of the

employees’ disposable earning.

The garnishment law allows up to 50% of the employees’ disposable income to be

garnished, if he supports the wife and a child. The restrictions on garnishment do not

apply in case of court orders of bankruptcy and outstanding debts of federal or state taxes.

When the federal law differs from the state wage garnishment law, the smaller

garnishment amount must be followed.

Care should be taken to stay from the evil of garnishment. In some cases this situation

occurs when a letter is received form the IRS department 20 days before the garnishment

date. That time if the person goes to the IRS and explains the problem and repayment

schedule or apologize and seeks more time for repayment then the problem at hand can be

solved. If the creditor also has a problem he also needs to go to the court and seek an

order for garnishment. Thus if the reason explained by the debtor is genuine then the

department chalks out a repayment plan. But if the second chance of the repayment is also

defaulted then further garnishment proceedings and called for.

The Christmas Holiday Season brings retailers 25% and more of their yearly sales. It's

safe to assume the month of January most likely shows the highest consumer credit card

balances. As impulse buying often times is the culprit in charging more than we planned,

it's easy to see how one could get carried away during the 'season of giving.'

Now it's January and those bills have started coming in. Two or more credit cards with

high balances can take a bite out of your budget. The easiest solution for many consumers

is to apply for one of the many 0% APR introductory credit cards with balance transfer

options. This could lower their payment by consolidating their bills and at 0% interest to

boot!

When you're looking into all the offers of 0% Introductory credit cards that allow you to

transfer the balance from other cards, you need to compare offers carefully. Be sure you

read the fine print. We often times get into the habit of getting excited with the hype and

fail to read the details.

When you're considering a new 0% APR credit card, look into how long the introductory

period is. It varies from card to card. It can be six months or twelve months with some

newer offers up to eighteen months. How long is it going to take you to pay the balance

down to where you're comfortable with it?

Then there's the issue of the balance transfer. Is there a fee for the balance transfer? Some

cards do not charge a fee to transfer and others charge as much as 3%.

The 0% offers usually apply towards any amount you transfer over from other cards; but,

does it apply to new purchases? This feature also varies. Sometimes it's just the 'balance

transfer' amount and other times it includes 'new purchases' as well.

Page 6: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Another thing consumers should be concerned with when applying for a 0% APR

introductory offer with a balance transfer feature, is what is the interest rate after the

introductory period is over? This really can vary by several percentage points. Is it

comparable to the competitors?

Last but not least, individuals need to be aware that if they should become delinquent

prior to when the twelve month period is over, that 0% APR is gone. The offerers can

now charge as much as 32% in some instances when your account is not kept up with the

terms of the card. This could put quite a dent in the balance owing and the monthly

payment as well.

The 0% APR introductory offer can be a great help to your financial situation. Just be

sure to read the fine print. Know that you will be able to keep the terms and that the

additional features of the card, including rewards offered, is what you're looking for.

The Adwords Secret – Cash, Cash

and MORE Cash with this

Sensational Method!

Page 8: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Warriors, Thank you again for purchasing one of

my WSOs! I am hyped because I made it into some CPA networks, and as you can imagine i am trying out a lot of new offers like freebies, things like that. A fresh wind compared to a few years of focusing mainly on clickbank! In one of my daily visits on marketing blogs on the web I came along an truly ASTOUNDING blog entry. The second I read what it said I literally got a shock realizing the potential of this method.

Page 9: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

(Note: This on the background of working with Adwords for some time already and seeing bid prices for many keywords literally shooting up into ridiculous realms. Keyword bids for mainstream keywords make it more and more difficult to make profit with Adwords/PPC. If you take Clickbank as an example: You can easily do the math how it would work out paying $0.50/keyword for a product which MIGHT (or might not) pay you barely $30…after approx. 80 clicks. People, this math does not work anymore. You would be broke in no time!) So..Here is the Awesome Trick! On Google, there are certain keywords which have an enormous amount of traffic – but no one is bidding on them. Why? There are various reasons. It could be keywords where some people could make the mistake and think those are “non selling” keywords – keywords which could be very generic, or keywords which are “too specific”. Those keywords have extremely low bid prices and (often) ZERO

or only ONE Ad! Gold mines just waiting for you!! Those Keywords can have a search volume in the millions (yes: MILLIONS) and are barely $0.05 with literally no competition! Since I wrote the first revision of this WSO I made some observations in regards to adwords - I made many campaigns for a variety of CPA offers and I observed the campaigns for a bit. First, a note of caution: Yes, ultra-high search volume keywords are tempting, but it would be better to stay away from them, for now. I found that it is ultimately far easier to keep a good adwords quality score (which decides our cost per bid!) with moderate-traffic keywords – say, keywords with traffic under 100.000 or under 200.000 searches/month. It becomes VERY difficult to maintain a good quality score (and thus keep our ad up!) with “million searches per month” keywords.

Page 10: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Here we go: Here are some example “million searches per month” keywords and you will PROBABLY drop your jaw if you see their search volume Bestbuy, best buy, bestbuy com Weather channel, weatherchannel, weather channel com And variations of the above. But as I said earlier: Those specific keywords have ultra high search volume and it would be wise NOT to use them right away, rather go for less popular keywords for a much higher chance to maintain a good quality score. Now – you might also ask: “Why would I want to bid on [bestbuy com+?” It’s a no brainer if you are with a CPA network which offers…TATA!! A

free Best Buy Gift Card! And why on earth would I want to bid on “weather channel”?

Page 11: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

That’s why! Notice that this search volume is for EXACT matches, the phrase and broad have even more search volume! What speaks against to slap some “local weather gadget” onto your site and promote your site using this keyword? this just an idea… Now, as I said already, those keywords might be hard to “master”, and the above are examples only so you get an idea about our strategy – at least ONE way to do it. It is not difficult find more of such “extreme broad” keywords, the above is examples.

But it gets better. On the CPA networks like Neverblue or Maxbounty et al. you can find freebies like business cards, grocery store coupons, cocert tickets, things like that. Programs where you get paid for survey sign-ups or simple email or ZIP submits. CPA offers can be easily promoted since people love freebies! I found that certain keywords are great with usually very HIGH search volume and low bids: Known web sites, or (for some bizarre reason) combinations of generic terms and “com”. Like *games com+ *weather com+ *www games+ *coupons com]. Note that we are EXCLUSIVELY using Exact Matching with the [keyword] brackets, we do NOT use phrase matching or even broad matching!

Page 12: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Think about the most broad keywords you can come up with, like. Tv,Aol,Myspace,Computer,Stocks,News,Cars,Sports,Videos,Weather forecast, Music, Animals, Cnn.com, [TV Show Name], [Movie Name],[Celebrity Name] Go to Google adwords keyword tool and do some research and enter such keywords. The above list again is just an example – I did NOT re-check those particular keywords. Do a little research on your own, it is very simple. You will get a plethora on keywords!! And here is another great tip, this alone opens up endless

oportunities to advertise: CELEBRITY NAMES I already posted an example on warrior forum, you should realize the pure genius behind this method. Here is a sample ad: [Celebrity Name] Has Diabetes Learn How He Simplifies His Life With Bayer's CONTOUR® Meter www.Celebritynamesomething.com

Now…for this particular one it might be questionable whether the product offered *really* reaches the target audience…but you get the idea. Go to your next best gossip site and get some celebrity names and plug those into the keyword tool. With celebrities it’s the case that there is, ‘scuse me, literally a ***load of extreme high traffic keywords with strangely very few competion! You find a real gold mine if you are with a CPA program where they sell concert tickets for that particular celebrity! You can trigger your ad for the celebrity name

Page 13: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Like [Celebrity Name]? Vote for [Celebrity] - Get a Free Ticket. See [Celebrity] Live – For Free! www.Celebritynameyouroffer.com

This alone is probably one of the best and most lucrative way to advertise, along with the other methods mentioned. Its good since it IS targeted (to the celebrity) and to the offer (if it’s a ticket or a promo around this particular celebrity) I just got a $0.10 keyword for a particular celebrity, tied to an offer. The keyword has less than 4 ads up and 200.000+ monthly searches. They sky is the limit – in this case it would be worth scouring the CPA offers for things like free tickets and free gift cards. Many are for a specific brand, or store or celebrity. One gold-mine after the other.

“Coupon” – A magic word! CPA programs are great since there are so many simple “first page submit” offers to chose from. That is: Very simple pages where you get paid if the site visitor just fills in their ZIP code or email address. Most CPA programs have many, many programs with “gift cards” covering all major stores. However, “gift card” as a keyword is not too attractive – but “coupon” seems to be killer according to my research. You wont believe what low bids you get and what search volume there is for (STORE NAME) COUPON as a keyword. Bestbuy coupon, best buy coupon Kohls coupon Marshalls coupon …

Page 14: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Just go to your CPA program, browse a bit and see the “gift card” offers they have, slap the banners for the gift card programs on your site and optimize the site a bit using the work [STORE NAME] COUPON and use this as keyword for your ads. ( Don’t use “Gift Card”, its just too saturated. ) Those are usually pretty decent in search volume, you will NOT get punished as opposed to being so brave and bidding on “best buy”…and those bids are also dirt cheap. Max $0.15 and you are on the first page – and there is a lot of people looking for “*STORE/BRAND+ Coupon”! Gift cards and tickets offers have the added benefit that they sometimes promote fads and hypes, like the latest teeny bands or celebrities, or movies or TV shows – and this usually means LOW competition and high search volume. [TV SHOW] books, [TV SHOW] book set, [TV SHOW] the movie. I just finished some more campaigns using exactly those keywords, although I wont tell you the name of the show in particular ☺ The key is: It works! And again: VERY targeted bids (because the offer is actually about Free DVDs/books related to a particular show)…pretty high search volume and dirt cheap bids!). Again: Just check your CPA program and see what’s there. Adwords Keyword tool is your friend again. Check search volume and estimated CPC – its not hard to spot the winners!

Page 15: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

The “It’s way too generic, so it wont work”

FALLACY You will be very, very surprised, but some of the most generic keywords have incredible search volume and VERY low bids. Adwords Keyword tool in this case tells you its EU0.21 (which is already cheap) – in reality you can bid on this for 0.10-0.15 – on the FIRST page of google! (Bids vary a little depending on time of day) Would you have thought that “Smileys” is a really profitable keyword?? It is a good keyword because there are countless CPA offers for smileys, things like that! Make a simple page and promote your free smileys CPA offer. $1.50 for a simple first page email submit or some toolbar install. CHA CHING! And you pay only $0.10 for the ad for a ultra popular keyword! All those Keywords, you would not even REMOTELY have thought of before since they LOOK LIKE they don’t have anything to do with the offer you’re selling – or they were too generic so you never thought about them before.

Page 16: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

With CPA the approach to keywords is different due to the nature of the offers. In particular with freebies. It is a HELL lot easier to use a celebrity name and promote your free ticket CPA offer than it is to sell a very specific clickbank product, say, a health remedy.

The Other Way to do keyword research With CPA - You can do exactly the OPPOSITE of “proper” keyword research which otherwise would mean to get the most fitting keyword for your niche. The conventional method would be to get even more and more specific, even go “long tail” and try to find VERY specific keywords as close as possible matching your product. Not so with the majority of CPA offers. You can advertise your free business cards or gift cards or tickets with keywords like [knownsite.com] or [knownsite com] since you know that millions of people enter such a term in Google each month and you want them to see your ad! If you feel brave – you can even make your ad pop up in front of millions looking for the local weather forecast! Not THAT targeted – but worth a try! Remember: You only pay for the actual clicks to your ad! Another good idea is to use keywords which use a trademarked term or some brand name where its unlikely that someone else is bidding on the keyword – nevertheless, we will use that keyword to make our ad appear in front of MILLIONS! FOR PENNIES! I had a few ads where I couldn’t use the trademarked term in the Ad wording, nevertheless it is possible to use it as trigger keyword – and even with not being able to use the exact name in the ad I achieved 7/10 quality score and my ad is showing for a very popular search term. (With google this is always a gamble, its not always possible to predict which name is trademarked or not. Some very known names go through without a hitch, others wont. But as said, this only affects the wording of the ad – you can always use those keywords for triggering the ad.

Page 17: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

And try movies, celebrities, and so forth… Simple Keyword Research The key is to use the to Google keyword tool and enter a bunch of way generic keywords or “branded keywords” (eg website names) or brand names – and look at the search volume and cost per click. Or just enter terms like “weather com” or “celebrity com”… SOME keywords have millions (!) of searches, some “only” a few thousands. If you see keywords with high search volume and very low bid – go to the PREVIEW tool and check what is there on ads in the country you want to advertise. If there is only ONE or NO ad – we have a winner, Its like advertising for free! But upto 5 competing ads is still good! And I can tell you there are MANY, MANY like this! No, I don’t use any other “tools” (except market samurai maybe)…but Google Keyword tool is usually the best. The key is brainstorming, take a few minutes and use the tool for research. Be LESS specific. Sometimes the most generic keywords are good for surprises. It’s a very different approach to conventional work with keywords – as opposed to searching very specific keywords eg. for clickbank products.

Page 18: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

How to achieve the best Quality Score so your ad actually stays

up and you don’t pay too much for clicks! Landing Pages – It wont work without. But its far less hassle as

it sounds. Whatever you promote, there is no way around that you NEED your own landing page since Google just doesn’t allow direct linking with your affiliate link. You also need your own page to get the best quality score possible and to keep your ad up. A bad quality score (landing page not related to keyword or ad-text) would kill your ad and gets your ad booted off! But it is VERY easy to make your landing page if you have very basic understanding and can use a HTML editor. I myself use MS Expression Web. It is also no big deal to “tweak” your site and optimize it for a good quality score. You get the banners for the product from your CPA/affiliate program and “slap” it on your site. You add some text. Example: http://free.bestdietsweb.com or this one: Make sure you use the keyword in the title and the page description, make sure you have one headline on the site which contains the keyword in H1 tags.

Page 19: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Add “privacy policy”, “terms” and a “contact us” page. You want this to boost your quality score. Go here http://www.bennadel.com/coldfusion/privacy-policy-generator.htm And generate those pages. Look at my example site so you get an idea. Don’t be afraid – such pages don’t need a lot of work, its really merely re-using your pre-made banners and adding some text to them. Its possible to make a good looking landing page for good quality score in 20 mins simple work. It’s worth it. (By the way, stay away from the weight loss niche for now. The above is just an example for a simple site – the niche itself is too saturated to be viable for PPC/Adwords and CPA.) This way, you can make a site which is related to [CELEBRITY] or [SITENAME COM], even if the offer itself is only partially related to the keyword, or maybe not related AT ALL. But you should try everything to “convince” google that your page is related to the keyword – and this can be done if you adhere to the above rules. Don’t forget to add some text, maybe some personal notes how great this offer is, and tweak the text so its related to the keyword you are shooting for. The problem with “Million Searches/Month Keywords” With the above method I can usually always obtain 7/10 Quality score, with the uttermost simple site.

Page 20: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

You could also obtain 7/10 for extreme keywords like “bestbuy”, “best buy” or “aol”, but Google will soon push your quality score down – and this seems to be directly related to how high the search volume for a particular keyword is. This is the reason why I recommend rather going for less traffic keywords. ..where “less” might be in the 100.000/month as compared to millions. A good idea is to search through all offers on your CPA network and get the store/brand names (eg for coupons)…and then you enter them, various combinations, to get idea about search volume. There might be CPA offers for stables, jcpenny, walmart, target, and so forth…

Let’s Recap: CPA offers allow us to have different approaches to keyword research – due to the nature of the offers. It is possible to promote offers and “tie” those with ads to very cheap high traffic keywords. Those keywords could be not related to the offer *at all*, they could be *somewhat related* or *pretty much related*. Those keywords could be very generic keywords. Those keywords can also be very specific keywords which relate to a brand or a website name or a celebrity. Adwords keyword tool is used for simple “research”, and we use Google (or the Preview tool) to check the actual number of ads popping up for a given keyword. Consider keywords which you never thought of before! You need a landing page – but its simple. Usually you can just copy/paste the banners given to you in your HTML editor, add some more text, headlines, keywords and you have your site.

Page 21: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

The Billboard Method CPA offers convert much better than “sales offers”, so we can take advantage of high traffic and low bids – and get our ad out to millions of people. This would be the “billboard method”. Often, no one is advertising on many of those keywords - your ad will be seen by millions NEVERTHELESS and this for pennies!!! You have never seen such low bids before at such a high volume and ads impressions!! With most offers like CPA you will make a ***load of money since it WILL pay out even if the “traffic” at first glance is not targeted, eg. compared to people specifically looking for “business cards” or “natural candida treatment”. If a CPA offer is only halfway interesting it is still worthwile – it is like advertising on TV. Who does NOT want a free gas card, or a $500 Best Buy coupon? Imagine millions of people looking on google for their daily sports, or news, or pictures or movies… …and they see your ad “GET FREE BUSINESS CARDS 100% No Risk – 100% Free!” every time! It doesn’t matter – they WILL bite since there is no reason not to check out that offer because it is free! The ROI and overall conversion can be better than bidding on the actual keyword in question and pay premium instead! This method is perfect for most CPA offers like freebies,

ringtone offers and similar! Especially ring tones are a niche with HIGH payouts…and I can tell you that this method is FAR, FAR better than bidding on the exact term “ringtones” and pay $2/click for “ringtones” if you pay only PENNIES..eg bidding on some generic keyword.

Page 24: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 25: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 26: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 27: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 28: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 29: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 30: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 31: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 32: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 33: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 34: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 35: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

Page 36: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)

I hope you enjoyed this WSO! Georg

The Adwords Secret – Cash, Cash

and MORE Cash with this

Sensational Method!

Page 37: Inheritance (The Inheritance Cycle)
