INFRASTRUCTURE

Our Pharmacy institutes are situated in a pollution free beautifully landscaped campus with all

necessary infrastructure.

Faculty of Pharmacy has spacious building with four classrooms, tutorial rooms, 10 laboratories

for smooth running of Pharmacy course. The labs are spacious well laid out & are well equipped

with sophisticated instruments, machines & apparatus. The labs include Pharmacology lab/

APHE lab, Pharmaceutics lab, Pharmaceutical Chemistry lab/ Pharmaceutical Analysis labs,

Pharmacognosy lab/ Biotechnology and Microbiology lab, etc. The labs are modernized and

well equipped to cater to the practical training requirements of Pharmacy course.

The institute also has library, reading room, e-library, computer center, instrument lab,

language lab, seminar hall, training & placement cell etc. The institute also has boy’s common

room, girl’s common room, medicinal plant garden, canteen, museum, conference room,

playground , covered parking, exam center, sports center, photo copying center etc.

Class rooms are well ventilated and spacious, equipped with appropriate teaching aids. Special

coaching sessions are conducted in the tutorial rooms.

LIBRARY

Institute has well organized spacious library with separate reading room, reference section,

home lending section, e-library. The library is well stocked with adequate volumes of books.

The library regularly subscribes to national & international journals, periodicals, on relevant

subjects as well as magazine for general reading. Photographic and printing facilities are also

made available to the student.

e-LIBRARY

We are proud to have e-library section available for students in our institute. e-library has

DELNET database e-journals access to all students.

LANGUAGE LABORATORY

The language lab is used for language tutorials. These are attended by students who voluntarily

opt for English classes. This especially benefits students who are deficient in English and also

aims at confidence building for interviews and competitive examinations. The institute has

licensed, authentic, state of the art, digital multi lingual interactive language lab software

product.

LANGUAGE LABORATORY

The computer lab has internet facility with bandwidth of 16 Mbps.

SEMINAR HALL

The college also has a seminar hall for conduction of workshops, seminar, guest lectures and

various cultural activities.

Canteen: The Institute has canteen which provides tasty, hygienic and nutritious food. Most of the

students and staff members can avail this facility.

Training and Placement Cell: The T &P cell of the institute not only trains the students but also

provides career guidance and counseling to the students. We do SWOT analysis of each student & help

them to remove their weakness & use their strength. We emphasize the need of good marks in

University exams. We provide training to students in soft skill, communication skill, and personality

development, interview techniques etc for placements.

Industry Institute Interaction: The Industry institute interaction takes place through guest lectures by

experts from industry, industrial projects, industrial training programs, research collaborations,

consultation and industrial visits. Also constant dialogue is held with industry to bridge the industry-

academia gap.
